Can you search for custom lists from users?

Just when I get into the mood for a certain kind of genre I wanted to know if there is a way to do this?

They always only show up the side bars, I wanted to be able to search for lists.

I don't think we have that feature at the moment.  You could make a suggestion thread for it in the suggestions section for people to vote on. :)
