Episode Review /reaction Bug

Every time i post a review (now it is called a 'reaction') in the episode guide section it appears as a massive block of text, even if I post and then go back and edit it to clean up how it looks. visually it looks like a giant run on sentence.  am i doing something wrong?

Do you know which episode that your review got deleted from?
