Cannot update bio

Since yesterday (February 14) I have been trying to update my bio, however, it shows an error that my bio has exceeded 60000 characters. I have seen many bios much longer and more filled with text than mine, so I don't think I could have exceeded the limit -- copy/paste to a word document showed me I have less than 600 words.

I tried to make the small updates I needed one by one, and I could delete a couple of words and save it, but when I tried to move a phrase from one place to another, it once again showed me that I have exceeded the word limit. Which is impossible, because I didn't add any characters.

No, because I don't know how. Yesterday I tried to remove and add back a link on another part of my bio, it did allow me to save. But when I move around this one line of text, it shows me that I have exceeded the character count already. I tried removing the rest of links and I couldn't save it either.
