Friends who don't appear in friends list!

There is a friend I wanna remove but her account doesn't appear on my friends list (though I appear on her list)...
I have more than 600 friends looking through them all was tiring but I still didn't find her!

I'm also curious about how are the friends are arranged in this list...there seems to be no order in anyway...an alphabetical order would be great :)
