Problem with blocking

Hello,

I have blocked a user, but this person is still able to message me, access my lists, comment, and even re-send friend request. I have tried unblocking and reblocking this user, but after unblocking I am unable to access this person's profile to reblock again.

I'd appreciate your help.

EDIT If I go to user search and find this user, I cannot block this person there either because the option shows only "Pending Request". I believe @Kate mentioned this issue in Support forum as well.
