VIP Problems

I am getting ads, so I went to check what's up with my subscription. It just confused me more because it said I have VIP, but it did not charge me for the month. So I tried to cancel so I could fix it by resubscribing, but then it said I already have VIP status. Halp. What must I do to fix this issue? I don't even know if I have it, given that I see ads and no payment went through, but if not, it won't let me sign back up. *cries*

Oh. Need to add. I *WAS* charged, according to my bank, which I just double checked. Yet on my subscriptions tab, it says 0.00 was charged. That is wrong, I have my statement, so idk what is wrong, but it was paid. I just have no features or perks right now, except for the badge. Ads are everywhere, too. Can't access VIP forum.
