She grew up in Udon Thani as the youngest child in her family, with one older brother. She completed her secondary education at Satri Rachinuthit School before pursuing higher studies at Silpakorn University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design from the Faculty of Decorative Arts.
She entered the entertainment industry when she was in her 5th year of secondary school. She was invited by her manager, who happened to meet her in Udon Thani Province. He then recommended that she try casting until she signed a contract to become an actress under Channel 3. Her debut work was in "Tai Ngao Jan" (2015).
She won honors such as the Rising Female Star of the Year, the Silver Doll Award for Outstanding Rising Actress, and later the Best Actress award for her television work. Her performance in "The Undertaker 2" also earned her the Best Actress of the Year (Film) award in 2026.
