After watching the drama I felt the title was for CX, he lost XY forever n eternally kept longing for her as he was the main protagonist. When I didn't watch the drama I also felt the title was for
XL but seeing that XY doesn't have much of feelings or thoughts for him in the drama, I dont think that anymore.
U mean to say she loved XL but was with jing only becos he was the best option for her according to her wish of finding someone reliable to accompany her forever, but in the drama I didn't feel that. I didn't feel her love for XL, she cared for him n he was kinda her 2nd choice when jing was out of option for her. That's y I said he was an afterthought. Like jing betrays her trust, she then goes to XL to have fun n forget all her heartbreaks. That's not love. She was using him like a rebound. N let's not even talk Abt that bug. It even went to CX though she was able to recall it as it wasn't planted in him with his consent, but i think if he would have planted it with his consent, that bug even would have stayed in him jst like it did in XL. Becos he was also in eternal unrequited love with her n she also loved him but as a brother. Jst like she loved XL like a frnd. This was my understanding. Maybe it differs from what u think. N that's ok too. Like i said to each it's own.

Then if she loved XL while doing jing jing always, n getting angry with him due to his arranged marriage fiancee there can not be a bigger hypocrite than her. Well anyway I thought that waiting by the sea in red dress as weird. Like it came out of nowhere n didn't make sense why they were both in red wedding dress. Maybe novel explained it in detail. But in drama it looked like she was waiting for jing.
And about the bug, that bug was controlled by XL, it was trying to hurt him when he saw her being carried by tsj. Also it never hurt her even while kissing tsj which was a form of betrayal only. So I didn't take that bug thing seriously. It was only there to torture poor XL n take away his 2 lives before his death😞.

Woah! I was missing tjc n so I thought to try to watch this show for him after dropping it last year as it was not my cup of tea. Turns out I shouldn't have tried to watch it becos as tjc fan this show pissed me n annoyed me so much😡 First his ss was almost negligible. Most of the episodes had none of it, not even a mention of him n sometimes his ss was given like a lollipop without rhyme or reason😡 I only continued to watch becos I had nothing new n interesting to watch rn n partly for XL crumbs n then for CX. Absolutely hated XY n TSJ scenes n fast forwarded all of them. Never seen more worse chemistry of YZ than with DW. I liked A' nian ckt growth the most except she still married CX, I would have loved her more if she moved on frm him n married ru shuo. But anyway.. I don't understand why people here think XY loved XL n calls them soulmate! The way I saw it was only XLs one sided love from start till end, that XY only considered him a frnd. I dnt know about novel XY but this drama XY only considered him a frnd, XL was jst an afterthought for her. This is also the reason I was pissed watching the drama becos I thought what people here kept saying was a lie n I got deceived watching the drama🙃

See chemistry is subjective. Most of the times I don't like chemistry in between many leads of the drama but their story n individual ckts keep me going still. N trust me it's not sexual tension or intimate scenes which make me feel the chemistry becos I have dropped dramas having lots of that going on between leads but I jst didn't feel the chemistry. Sometimes even if story n ckts suck, the chemistry I find between leads will keep me going to see them have a happy ending. I m the type of person who hardly finds chemistry between leads even when whole world might be going gaga over their intimate scenes. It's rare for me to find chemistry between leads.

Go east wasn't a commercial success so maybe they didn't invite him last year or maybe they invited n he didn't go for various reasons including his concert.

UTS being one of the drama having highest views per episode is an honor for iqiyi too. Ofcourse they would call the person who brings such honor for their platform. Right? All others who r attending also has hit dramas on iqiyi that's y they r invited.

It's not as interesting as the drama in ur pfp. I loved ADWAD more than this. Let me b honest I wasn't watching this drama for romance as I wasn't into the couple much but continued for the story. N story later did became interesting for me. Can't say same Abt everyone becos everyones taste differs.

Here he was like a nursery class monitor who lectures all other kids that teacher said to do it like this so do exactly like that😭😹
There was also a part by the end which didn't get viral but he was like a clueless kid saying n doing whatever He laoshi was asking him to 😭😹 poor cutie.

Just watched hi6 recent episode. Why is he so adorable, cute, easily bullied n sometimes so adorably dumb😭 that I want to just bubble wrap him. I love him so much😭

Is it confirmed he is shooting the movie with ZYL? Becos i don't see ZYL news of shooting anything. He was seen in golden rooster awards too. Did tjc join soon n zyl will join later?

How many should I block becos the opinions I have usually will make fans think I m hater n deliberately saying things which is opposite to general opinion. So i jst refrain myself. The kind of bullying I have seen here for other people having same opinion like me makes me to keep it to myself becos i m mentally not that strong to handle the bullying then block them. Same thing I did. I dropped by episode 6 few weeks back but now didn't have anything else interesting to watch so started again where I left, thinking to try to watch more to see if the hype n hoopla around it is worth it for me (generally it's not) but then it really became interesting. I was eager to know what happens next with each episode. The story n execution both got better.

Loved the story n execution of this one. It was a bit boring for me in the start, I almost gave up by episode 6 but then later continued as didn't have any other drama to watch rn n that turned out a good decision as it became interesting with each episode later. It kept me so hooked till the end. For the first time I guess I genuinely felt bad for a 3rd angle n not irritated by his obsession. Poor guy. Maybe his puppy like face made me feel bad for him or wat idk. Enjoyed watching this so gave it a 9/10 though some things I didn't like which I won't mention becos fans nowadays r very intolerant towards genuine opinions of different people which differs from their own n would attack them to preach n I m in no mood to get preached/attacked. So saying only good things about a drama is acceptable here n that's wat i did.

+1. OMG same. When i read the novel I was so many times disgusted n hated at the cruelty fl does with everyone to take revenge. N novel fans cheer for it😭 i know they all did bad to her n her family so it was right to take revenge but the utter cruelty sometimes narrated would make me dislike the fl. I hope they tone it down in drama becos apparently due to chinese restrictions they would show it as dream n not rebirth, so doing this much cruelty only becos she dreamed like that would not be acceptable.

This is another reason for me to not continue this drama, the FL giving heart eyes to someone else jst like in TPR, makes me irritated with FL n don't want to ship her with ML. I m ok if FL doesn't like the red flag ml in start n ignores him or gives him back but the FL giving heart eyes to someone else instead while ML being jealous is where I draw the line. Same thing happened with me in TPR. Along with hating 3rd angle i disliked the fl too for always giving heart eyes to the 3rd angle. Heard even in the end she wanted to die for srq in the fire not caring for even her child in the womb 🤡 that's y I didn't complete that drama. Here also I read in someone's review that till the end it looked like FL only was with him from fear rather than love. She liked Zhang zhe only n becos she couldn't be with him she then was with ML. This is the reason also I don't want to continue, not finding chemistry n leaving is better than ending up hating the FL n leaving 😞

I started to watch n continued till episode 19 becos I heard this before only that the ML is red flag n I love red flag mls in drama more than green flag ones😜 but finding no chemistry with FL till now nor the plot has been engaging enough for me. 😞

That I know n told this already yesterday. But as I saw many people on X reporting this, so i thought maybe it's confirmed, so as long as I can see him take some costume drama soon again I don't mind anything else😭

Why r people on X saying that he is confirmed on the drama "why not cross the boat" with lyx jst becos the producer followed both? Is it true? If it's true I m so happy😭 finally a costume drama. N if it gets confirmed then only I m going to read that novel.

I saw some fan posted on X that the booting ceremony of that movie will be on 26th or something late. Maybe they r starting shoot first n will do booting later.
