Their first kiss was so adorable. The fake girlfriend in the background shipping them and even dimming the lights is so supportive. I’m loving this series.

I really like his acting because you can actually feel every emotion he is going through. If you really think about it, he believed he was straight his whole life and then suddenly started developing feelings for another guy, which is such a huge change emotionally and mentally. I think the actor portrayed that confusion, fear, and vulnerability so well without overdoing it. At the same time, Yichen still feels so cute, innocent, and genuine, which makes his character even more lovable to watch.

Episode 2 genuinely shocked me because when Lufeng hit that guy with the brick and he collapsed with blood coming from his head, I honestly thought he died for a second. The scene was so intense and realistic that it completely caught me off guard. Right now I am still wondering if he actually died or if he recovered later because the drama did not make it fully clear yet. Does anyone know what happened to him?

I have watched over 500 BLs and this is honestly one of the most addictive ones I have seen in years. What made Yichen and Lufeng stand out immediately was that their relationship was not the typical soft natural romance, it was obsessive, possessive, emotionally intense, and that is exactly why I could not stop watching. Their chemistry feels insane in every scene and the acting made every emotion hit even harder. The ring exchange scene and the separation storyline completely broke me, especially knowing they spent years apart while still loving each other just as deeply. This drama balances obsession, heartbreak, romance, and longing so perfectly that every episode leaves you wanting more. China really delivered a masterpiece with this BL.

I love the second couple, the crazy and evil Crown Prince and his servant. Their intimate scenes are wild and add a chaotic, exotic energy to the series

Imagine watching your lover get shot and killed right in front of you, it is an extremely traumatic moment and it would leave anyone completely frozen. He could not even see who fired the arrow or where it was coming from. From a distance on the mountain, the Crown Prince and his lover were the ones behind the attack, disguised, leading to the death of his own brother.

Same as Revenge Love, Kill to Love, ABO Desire, all these Chinese BL dramas were filmed in China with Chinese actors, but the production companies are not from China and they were not aired in China so they passed censorship.

Wow, episode 8 is my favourite episode so far. They cleared up their misunderstanding so quickly instead of dragging it out for a few episodes.

You can really tell how much they love each other during their NC scene. It was filmed so beautifully, one of the best Taiwanese BL scenes I’ve ever seen. I’m honestly speechless.

I haven’t read the novel, I’m just going based on what I watched.

He did not destroy the village, the fire was an accident.

He did not betray the village either, he just wanted to leave to find out about his mother.

Can you imagine growing up without a mother, wondering every day if she is alive or dead and what happened to her?

This was his only opportunity to go. If I were him, I would have taken it as well.

So no, he did not betray anyone. He felt trapped and wanted to escape, and again the fire was never intentional.

Wow that shower scene was intense, they are absolutely on fire.

It is not always about kissing or NC scenes, sometimes just the looks and their chemistry can create so much attraction for the audience.
