For me, best BL for 2026 below. šŸ‡°šŸ‡· South Korea: The Prosecutor’s ProposalšŸ‡ØšŸ‡³ China: Deep InšŸ‡ÆšŸ‡µ…
I got a buzz cut on Saturday and I love it. It feels so fresh and clean, but I guess we all have different preferences. For me, guys with colourful hair or very long hair are a turn off, but everyone has different preferences.

Yes, your comment made it very clear that you didn’t like the buzz cut šŸ˜‚ But I have this thing where I like to go against what people tell me. For example, a few family members told me I was too fat, so I worked hard and lost weight. Someone also told me I was too dumb to go to uni, so I worked hard and graduated from the top university in my country.

It’s not really about proving people wrong. I just believe that if you really put your heart into something and work hard, it’s possible. So when you mentioned the buzz cut, I thought, why not? I wanted to try something new and see what I looked like with it.

The good thing about a haircut is that it grows back in a few weeks, and I can always change it šŸ˜‚ Tattoos are a completely different story. They’re permanent, and that’s exactly what I don’t like about them. My taste and personality can change over time, so I don’t want to put something on my body that I might love now but regret years later. I’d rather experiment with things that I can change whenever I want. And I definitely don’t want to look like a gangster LOL. I’m way too nice anyway. Even if you wanted me to play a gangster, I could never be one šŸ˜‚

Well, that’s your opinion and I respect that, but unfortunately, you can’t change the ratings just because you think they’re ā€œundeserved.ā€

Title The Edge of Horizon Spoiler
Episode 8 was so heartbreaking.

It feels like Phob was trapped between two impossible choices, his duty as a soldier serving his country, or the man he loves. He was put in an impossible situation, but in the end, he chose what he believed was right.

But I keep thinking, what if Phob had chosen Prince Tin instead? What if they had run away together and simply chosen each other?

Would they really have been happy?

I feel like Phob would have carried the guilt of knowing he abandoned his duty and failed his country. Even if he had Tin beside him, a part of him would always wonder if he had made the wrong choice.

And yet, by choosing his duty, he lost Tin anyway.

That is what makes their story so painful. Phob chose to do what he believed was right, only to face the consequence of losing the person he loved most.

That scene between Phob and his mother broke me. I really feel like his mother saw Tin and deliberately said those things, making it sound like Prob only came back to Tin because he wanted to continue with his plans, not because he truly loved him.

And Tin heard every word.

He misunderstood everything.

Then he ran off into the rain, crying, and honestly, watching him break down like that completely broke me.

Because Tin had already given up so much for Phob. He was willing to throw away his royal status, his wealth, his entire life as a prince, just so he could run away and be with the man he loved.

He chose Phob over everything.

And what did he get in return?

He felt betrayed. He felt unwanted. He thought the love he believed in was never real. And somehow, even while his heart was breaking, he was still apologising to his father, believing that everything was his fault.

That hurts so much.

Tin was willing to lose his crown for Phob, while Phob was willing to lose Tin for his duty.

Neither of them stopped loving the other.

They simply chose different things when life forced them to choose.

I think their breakup was inevitable. Maybe they needed to lose each other before they could truly understand what they had.

But when they finally find their way back to each other, I know it is going to be explosive.

Because this is not a love that simply disappeared.

This is a love that was sacrificed, misunderstood, buried beneath duty, guilt, family, and heartbreak.

They Never Stopped Loving Each Other, They Just Chose Different Paths

Omg, finally we have a countdown! It’s airing next Friday and we’ve only had two Taiwanese BLs this year, so I’m so excited for this one!

For everyone’s information, we’re getting 4 episodes on the release date, then 2 episodes each week after that. There are 12 episodes in total, so we’ll get the whole series over 4 weeks!

Okay, I have to admit something

After OP @Moonzy brought up the buzz cut and you explained what it was, I got curious and started looking at pictures on Google. The more I looked at them, the more I thought, wait... buzz cuts are actually kind of cute??

Then somehow I went from ā€œthat looks niceā€ to sitting in my barber’s chair asking for one šŸ˜‚

I’ve literally had the same hairstyle for years, so this was definitely me doing something completely outside my comfort zone. But honestly, I’m really glad I did it. It feels so fresh and clean, and I swear I look in the mirror and feel like I unlocked a whole new character

So I guess I have to thank you to you and OP @Moonzy for accidentally convincing me to change my entire hairstyle. I know buzz cuts aren’t really a thing for both of you, but you both somehow got me to actually try one šŸ˜‚

This is kind of a weird thing, but after you mentioned the buzz cut, it got me thinking. I’ve had basically the same hairstyle for years, so I thought, why don’t I just get a buzz cut?

I actually stepped out of my comfort zone and asked my barber just now to cut it into a buzz cut. It feels so fresh and clean, and honestly, I feel like a completely different person now šŸ˜‚

Your comment actually made me change my haircut, so thank you! I know a buzz cut isn’t really your style, but I still can’t believe I actually did it šŸ˜‚

Title Your Summer, My Storm Spoiler
My Thoughts on Episode 5: When Love Hurts the Most šŸ’”

Yet another beautiful episode. This story keeps breaking my heart in the quietest way.

When Natsuki’s sister confronted him and asked if he had a crush on someone, then told him to just go for it, my heart sank. She even mentioned unrequited love. And now I can’t help but wonder if she really doesn’t love Sota anymore. Maybe her heart has already moved on. Maybe there is someone else she loves.

When Sota was sick, she said she had to go to work. She didn’t seem particulrly worried about him, which made me think she might not have those feelings for him anymore. But she still visited him and called him after work, so I can understand that she still cares about him deeply.

But Natsuki…

The way Natsuki worries about Sota is completely different.

He said that when his sister was sick and asked him to do things for her, he found it annoying. But when Sota became sick, everything changed. He was genuinely worried. He couldn’t just sit there and do nothing. He ran all the way to Sota’s apartment just to make sure he was okay.

That isn’t just concern.

That is love.

And his confession absolutely broke me.

The way he finally said what was in his heart, then immediately cried and ran away… it felt like he had been carrying those feelings for so long, but the moment they finally came out, he couldn’t bear the weight of them.

Because deep down, Natsuki knows.

He knows Sota is his sister’s boyfriend.

He knows his feelings are wrong in the situation they’re in.

And maybe that’s why he ran.

Not because he regretted loving Sota, but because he felt guilty for loving someone he believed he shouldn’t.

Then Sota came after him.

He didn’t just stay there.

He chased after Natsuki.

And then his sister saw them.

My heart stopped.

From the preview, it looks like she might finally find out everything and perhaps understand her brother’s feelings. I really hope she does.

What I love most about this story is that it doesn’t feel toxic. Nobody is deliberately trying to hurt anyone. There is no unnecessary villain. There are just people who are confused, scared, and falling in love when they probably shouldn’t.

And somehow, that makes it hurt even more.

Sometimes love isn’t beautiful because it is easy.

Sometimes it is beautiful because it is painful, complicated, and impossible to ignore. šŸ’”

You’re a legend! I was looking for it but couldn’t find it. No wonder, since it doesn’t have an English title yet. I just watched the video and saw one of the comments on that page, and the size difference between the two leads is crazy šŸ˜‚ I can’t wait!

people are watching with closed eyes and brains then.THOSE TWO HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATINGLJ keeps telling his issues.…
I think you’re misunderstanding my point. I’m not saying LJ and BJ never communicate. I agree that once they met again at the workplace after 5 years, they started communicating, with LJ explaining his issues and BJ trying to clarify things.

My point is specifically about those 5 years when they were separated. They had no communication at all. Jane had been looking for Big Jane for 5 years and didn’t even know that he had gone to the US. Big Jane also helped Put’s family catch the culprit, and Jane didn’t even know about that either. If they were communicating during those 5 years, how would Jane not know where he was or what he had been doing?

So yes, I agree they communicate after meeting again, but you can’t say ā€œTHOSE TWO HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATINGā€

For 5 years, they were completely out of contact. That’s the part I’m talking about.

On Don't Be Too Emotional 8 days ago
Title Don't Be Too Emotional Spoiler
Many viewers have pointed out that the entire conflict could have been avoided if they had simply communicated. And while technically that’s true, I feel like it misses the point. If things were really that simple, we would have a six episodes short instead of a 12 episode emotional journey. It’s the emotional tension, the missed chances, the misunderstandings, and all the complicated history between them that make this story so powerful.

Even if they had communicated properly, I honestly don’t think Little Jane could have easily believed Big Jane was innocent. Everything was pointing towards him.

Before Put died in the hospital, he mentioned Big Jane’s name.

The night before, Big Jane had punched Put and almost choked him to death.

The hit and run involved a sports car, and Big Jane drove a sports car.

Then there was that phone conversation where Big Jane said to get rid of the evidence, and Little Jane overheard it.

If I were Little Jane, I don’t know how I could have believed anything else. All the evidence was right in front of him. But we’ve watched too many dramas to fall for it. We know Big Jane didn’t kill Put this time.

They’re both young. They both made mistakes. But what makes their mistakes so heartbreaking is that they come from believable emotions and character flaws, not just drama for the sake of drama.

Watching Jane return to the apartment and touch the piano where Big Jane used to touch him, then lie on the bed, hug the pillow and cry while being overwhelmed by all those old memories genuinely broke my heart. You can feel how much guilt and regret he carries for not believing Big Jane.

But at the same time, I can’t blame Little Jane for not believing him back then. He was young, scared, and everything he saw made Big Jane look guilty. Now he has had to live with that guilt and the pain of losing him for five years.

And then in Episode 7, we see how many times Jane tried to explain himself to Big Jane and apologise. You can feel how desperately he wants Big Jane to understand that he regrets what happened.

But from Big Jane’s perspective, he wasn’t completely wrong either. He left because Jane hurt him too. He was heartbroken, angry, and betrayed. Yet despite everything, he still helped Put’s family bring the real culprit to justice, even though he had nothing to do with Put’s death.

That’s what makes their story so painful. Neither of them is completely innocent, but neither of them is truly the villain either. They were two young people who loved each other, made mistakes, misunderstood each other, and then spent five years living with the consequences.

After all, even a superhero story without a villain would be boring. If these two had communicated perfectly from the beginning, there would be no emotional arc, no heartbreak, no tension, and no payoff.

Their flaws are what make them human.

And honestly, watching them slowly realise how much they have both lost because of those mistakes hurts so much more than if everything had simply been solved five years ago.

Also, A Winter Sun Wakes the Wind in Spring and Hills’ Dream are from China, with Chinese actors speaking Mandarin, but both MDL and GagaOOLala list them as Thai. I thought they didn’t want to list them as Chinese because of censorship?
