I know its a k-drama standard. The problem is the kdrama standard.

If you have watched over a 100 k-dramas you realise that they rehash the same tropes and antics and the antics and the kdrama becomes boring, predictable. There are some great standouts and original dramas and others that can move you and are special. But the vast majority are time wasters.
I have also watched about 100 of thai bl dramas as well and have also reached the point where they are as predictable, and boring except they come with unusually bad acting. So I am NOT PICKING ON Kdramas.

Those antics/tropes have been done before (and after) in many cases. They dont add much to the story and seem like time fillers to make up the 16 episodes. They are tiresome.

Because celebrities can have influence on perceptions of beauty standards, its also important that people discuss and draw attention to what is unhealthy and what is unrealistic.

Its her choice and I dont particularly care or worry about her weight or her health (its her business) but its not healthy to normalise anorexia and use a job to try and explain it. I also understand the pressure of K beauty standards but seriously what is the point when you have had all the surgery and you just look unnatural ( uncanny valley effect) and become another generic copy.

Im in the UK but they want people to give their personal data if content is for over 18 such as porn sites. Adults and "under 18s" have now been using VPNs to access the sites. So now they also want to ban or register VPNs. I dont watch porn, but I cant access imgur and reddits subreddits eg BLmangalovers. But its the principle that I dont want to give my identity documents to a third party. Also there is ID leaks and I (most people) want to be annonymous.

Its the hypocracy that gets me as well.
The UK prime minster appointed a lobbyist - Mandelson in a senior position knowing that Mandelson was deeply connected with Epstein who sex trafficed minors. So the govt doesnt really care about children, or abuse of children. It wants to monitor us.

The UK has used child safety as an excuse to control and monitor our internet use. The prime minister and govt has have been compromised with Epstein (sex trafficked minors) and not resigned.

I do think that people should discuss celebrities and point out that some of their behaviour is fucked up. Celebrities influence so its our duty to point out if that influence is not healthy and to open dialogue. I do realise the image of a actor is edited and is diff from reality and its important to bring this to peoples attention.

Absolutely - there are laws in place and that official should be punished severely. As an individual he deserves confidentiality. Maybe the media that reported his personal tax situation should also be held liable as the data obtained was illegal.

But if the companies financials are published, then its fair game. The public has access to that data and they are free to analyse and draw their own conclusions about the particular registered business. Is it viable, do the numbers reported make sense for that type of business operations.
