I think they put some people who are "special" on this show, because some of their behavior seems borderline crazy, lol. This might be the cringiest cast I've ever seen. It's also full of content creators who seem to think they're a much bigger deal than they actually are.

It is because most of those relationships feel forced. The girls know they are there to date, so they can't simply say no and walk away. And you have guys like Lie Tong, who doesn't even let Chunzi breathe or interact with others without hovering over her and getting involved. Even when she went to cry by herself in some of the last episodes, he was there too. He never really gave her any space to breathe, and she doesn't seem like the kind of person who would tell him, "No, leave me alone."

I don't really feel like he genuinely liked her. It felt more like he just wanted to "win" her at any cost. I find their relationship really fake because it was clear throughout the entire show that she liked Zhu the most.

Zhu, in my opinion, also liked her the most, but he is passive and decided to settle for the easier route Lian Lian, who had been pursuing him from the start. So even if they are together, you don't really feel the chemistry or the spark. I don't think they will work out.

As for the other guy, Zhuia, and Chuchu, I don't think she will be able to handle a long-distance relationship. She already said she didn't want to.

So that only leaves the first main couple, Jiang and Zixin.

I also don't like this season compared to others. Besides the main couple that carried this season, the rest where really bad. They may even end up together, but I don't feel the spark in those relationships.

Title Yes, I Do Season 6 Spoiler
The show ended already? I watched at iqiyi but a bit confused. Who are the final couples beside the main one?
Did you watch the after-show extras? If they were really a couple after the show, I think they’d be sitting and interacting more like Jiang and Zixin. The after-show extras were filmed two months after the dating show ended, and even setting Jiang and Zixin aside, who actually kiss again in the after-show extras, the others are sitting apart and seem pretty distant when commenting on their own scenes.

So I don’t think they’re together IRL. But you can always ask @OneAutumnLeaf, since they actually follow their social media and can usually tell what’s going on.

Title Heart Signal Season 9 Spoiler
This is my personal view on Xiaoyu She is not fitting in dating show Because she can find a more good looking…
Bro, if you're going to talk shit, it's better not to talk at all.

> “She needs a mature and successful guy who understands her.”

Who knows what she needs? She does, not you. She chose to join the dating show, and she chooses which guys she wants to pursue. She knows what she likes and what she needs.

She literally just had her friend make a way for her to talk to Hewen. She's already dated two guys, and you're here talking bullshit, saying she “never” tries to date anyone. She's also the one who knows what age range she's willing to date.

I've mostly dated older women myself, and I never had any of them complain about my age or maturity. Do you seriously think Xiaoyu can't make decisions for herself?

You start with, “This is my view on Xiaoyu,” and then proceed to talk about things you don't actually know. You're not inside her head or her heart, so you don't know what she needs or what she's thinking.

And apparently, you didn't even watch the show, because the last episode was basically all about Xiaoyu trying to find a way to be alone with Hewen, the guy she's attracted to. So where exactly does the idea that she “never” tries to date anyone come from?

Yiheng and Kaiyi are always so cute together. I loved their moments in this episode. Sha Yue'er gets jealous over Hewen even though he hasn't done anything, while she always has at least one guy around her and still thinks Hewen isn't giving her enough signals. 😂

I loved the new sister too. She's like a better version of SiSi. And the two girls trying to get Hewen to talk to Xiaoyu was funny as fuck. Especially when Xiaoyu was trying to listen behind the door while both guys were sitting outside and could see her. :D

I feel like Bohan is very passive. If a girl starts openly pursuing him, I think he could change his mind.Xilun,…
Anything that has mass has gravity and its own gravitational field, so we’re all pulling on each other. His theory is flawed as f. 😂 Just say you’re attracted to her and go for it :D

And yes, Bohan is passive. He hasn’t connected with any girl because he’s waiting to connect with a girl he’s never even approached lol. The other guys are much better at creating situations and actually making something happen.

is this one episode per week?! for 30 episodes?!!! cause I'm here waiting for it to end and know the end couples…
They release 1 episode per week, though each episode has 3 parts, and MyDramaList counts each part as 1 episode. So it’s actually 10 episodes × 3 parts = 30 “episodes.” All 3 parts of each actual episode are released weekly, meaning the whole season should take around 2 and a half months.

idk bro, i still think they shouldn't cast siblings/twins in a dating show🤷🏻‍♀️
There is an early season of Heart Signal, I think it is season 4, 2 twins joined the show together as main participants. But after a few rejections one left in the middle of the show while the other remained untill the end. It isn't the first time they cast it and I don't see a problem with that.

It has been one of the worst dating shows I’ve ever watched, even worse than most Korean dating shows. But it’s a Mango TV production, so you couldn’t really expect anything good to come from it. The casting was horrible. They brought in some genuinely nice girls and, with the exception of LunLun, some of the worst men I’ve ever seen on a dating show. It honestly felt like they picked the men up off the street, and even then, they apparently ran out of money and couldn’t afford to bring in any more.

That said, I’m genuinely happy for LunLun and WeiWei. I wish them a happy life together.

If you want to watch this show, do it, if you're in for slice of life and slow burn. Don't care about rating.…
The reason they have such low ratings is that they are genuinely bad, and a lot of them feel fake. The editing is poor, there are barely any dates or activities, and there is very little actually happening. This is especially noticeable if you watch a lot of dating shows, such as Chinese dating shows, where there are usually plenty of things going on, including romance, dates, and activities created by the production.

Compared to those, Korean dating shows, or more specifically *Heart Signal*, can feel incredibly boring. The contestants mostly just sit in a living room talking nonsense. It starts with some attraction, but by the end, they often seem bored with each other. Even the dates are always the same: going to a café or eating some kind of meat.

I think this is a big reason why the ratings are so low. For people who watch a lot of dating shows, Korean dating shows can be some of the most boring ones to watch. I think shorter shows, such as *Mind the Nona Gap* or *Better Late Than Single*, are less boring, and *Exchange* is also much more entertaining.

ugh. This is my least favorite season. I fast forwarded it through most of ep 14 and didn’t even finish ep 15.…
Better Late Than Single was another disappointing show. No one ended up together in the end. Like with so many Korean dating shows, people may even make a confession at the end, but in reality, they don't actually get together.

I prefer shows like Mind the Nona Gap. It's more fun to watch, even if we know that the age gap might eventually become a reason for them to break up if they actually continue the relationship in real life.
