Is there any mystery regarding Zhao Wumian?

Why would they need Zhao Wumian exactly? Hmm, could there be some mystery regarding his character? 🤔That girl died so quickly! I wondered about the scene where she said she would trust them while putting her hand on top of all of theirs, but then suddenly, only she and Lin Lusheng were in the room. Were the four constables just an illusion? 🤷‍♀️

Mu Yu and Cheng He not allowing each other's death while they live

In one of the previous episodes, Mu Yu said Cheng He's death is not allowed, and now Cheng He has said the same about Mu Yu. They have such a strong bond! 🤭🤗 I really appreciate the Patriarch's decision and quite enjoyed listening to the reasons why he's feeling different about everything now. But will Su Mu Yu really take the Dragon Sword? I don't know... but the next episode will give us a fight for it! ⚔️As always, it's a pure joy for me to watch Rabbit and Black Tortoise, as she always tries to flirt and tease him while he tries to keep himself together. I can hardly wait for them to finally give in to the affection they have for each other! 🤭❤️ I also really love Black Tortoise's character—how fair and righteous he is. He didn't go for the kill with the Patriarch and let him live for the time he has left, because death will take him soon anyway. He is one of my favorite characters, I must say! 🤗

The "hedgehog" must be the one!

The one who followed her when she accidentally ran into the evil guy was the "hedgehog," not the other guys. He's the one, I tell you! 🤗🤭And I don't believe that the evil guy believed her excuse... He couldn't have, right? 🤔🤷‍♀️

OMG, the plausibility in this show....

This show is silly. The FL pulling out a laptop in a comic world and expecting to have Wi-Fi... 🤪 And recognizing the man in the drawing is possible only after adding just one extra stroke... ehh... plausibility is not this short drama's strong suit. 🙄

I bet her love interest will be the one she doesn't like at all

I bet her real love interest will turn out to be the one of the four she doesn't even care about. What was his name—Wumian? 🤗🤭Their dynamic already feels more interesting than with the rest of the guys. Maybe it's because I am a fan of the "enemies to lovers" trope. Even if they aren't exactly enemies, they certainly aren't friendly either!

Watching for Liu Runming

Watching this for Liu Runming. Will see how this goes! 🤭🤔 So far looks quite silly. Scenes and dialogs remind a lot of children/teen Disney shows.

A terrible life and a second chance

The starting point of the drama is awful, to say the least... but to be fair, it's even worse than that. 😟Our female lead, Jiwon, has stage 4 cancer and is hospitalized in a clinic for chemo, which has made her very weak. She is married, yet her husband doesn't care about her one bit, except for the insurance money he would get if she dies. 😠On top of that, he doesn't even pay for her rehabilitation and is sleeping with Jiwon's "best friend," Soomin. It really looks like that romance has been going on for years, and both of them were just leeching off Jiwon's hard-earned money. 😤😠It’s a terrible, terrible situation. I cannot even imagine how Jiwon let everything get that far... 🤷‍♀️At least she got her chance to find it all out and confront her husband and friend, even though it didn't end well—resulting in her death. But thankfully, that wasn't the end of her story, but just the beginning of another chance to live her life! 👆I am really enjoying the changes she has already made by using her knowledge of past events to distance herself from Minhwan and Soomin. 😏 Plus, the boss always conveniently being somewhere close to help or save her already makes me believe this life will be way better than the previous one. 😉I am planning to enjoy the revenge Jiwon will take on Minhwan and Soomin! 🤭

OMG, the cliffhanger!

It was quite a joy to watch how our King and Queen, step by step, handled all the problems they faced during the Dano celebration. But of course, all the plots behind the scenes gave us such a devastating cliffhanger. 😨😯😤I really cannot understand why Byeong-In listens to his adoptive father so blindly; he has such potential to be a righteous, just, and good guy. My blood is boiling over the situation the Kims put our King in, and I seek justice for him in the next episode, please! 😠🤞🙏

Growing tensions and misrouted letters

Ooooh, the tension is rising on all sides! Even the trust among allies is wavering now. And the cliffhanger? OMG, I am scared for our Queen; however, I am pretty sure that the King will be ok in that fight. 😯😨Loved the little mishap with the Queen's messages to the concubines turning into a nice romantic correspondence with the King... Even if the Queen doesn't know that yet! 🤗❤️

They both are falling for each other... but what does that mean for Bonghwan?

They are slowly falling in love with each other, but I wonder how they will solve the twist of Bonghwan being a man in a female body. Would they let So-Yong take her body back and live this life that Bonghwan has made for her? 🤔I have a theory that maybe Bonghwan stays in the Queen's body and somehow frees the Queen's soul to let her live in his body. So-Yong never wanted to be the Queen—she wanted to be her real self and never enjoyed this life she was "bred" for, really. However, Bonghwan is quite enjoying the royal life... so there's that. But then there's the discussion of whether that would be considered gay. To my understanding, gay is same-gender love, which means in this case, maybe not? I don't know... it's a very fine line and I am not sure what to think of it. Anyway, it can end many different ways, and I believe we won't know until the last episode. 🤷‍♀️🤔

Some backstories learned...

This episode was so good! It had emotional weight, action, and above all—it gave us so much information for future theories and existing links between characters. For example, the Alluring Ghost learned her appearance transformation skills from ZZS’s master. And then there's Chengling’s story about Uncle Rong Xuan—there is definitely a link between him and WKX. Could he be his father? I suspected episodes ago that Master Gao should have known him, and WKX’s attitude towards the Five Lakes Alliance (especially Master Gao) just links it all together! 🤔But the most precious moment of this episode was the final part: ZZS finally accepting Chengling as his disciple. Now they are the only two members of Four Seasons Mountain Villa. Yeeey! 🤗

The memories

I loved that Mr. Queen is getting So-Yong's memories. That's really spicing up everything—giving new associations, revealing some secrets, and the best part, of course, having some sympathy and feelings for the King. 🔥So, now I wonder if any of my previous questions could actually turn out to be true? Are both souls now in So-Yong's body? Or maybe always have been? 🤔 It will be very interesting to see how this unfolds. But that secret about the well... The girl who comforted little Cheol-Jong probably was little So-Yong and he fell in love with her since childhood, maybe? But since he cannot really remember, Hwajin just swooped in saying she was the girl there? Could that be why he feels such "love" for her now? Because of those twisted memories? If that's so, everything else that's happening with his heart is just logical. Now, when the layers obscuring the Queen from his heart are slowly disappearing, he is more drawn to her than Hwajin. 😲🤔But I wonder how this romance will end. Because at the moment, Bong-Hwan's personality is what piques the King's interest and curiosity. I am not sure if it would be the same with the real So-Yong. 🤷‍♀️And Hwajin is boiling over how the King now chooses the Queen over her more often. All that jealousy will just cause trouble along the way, I guess. Probably, the same could be said about Byeong-in and his love for So-Yong and jealousy toward the King. 😔

Few thoughts about So-Yong's soul

After this episode, I am having a few thoughts about So-Yong's soul. What if her soul has been in her body the whole time, only dormant? What if that moment when she tried to drown herself just pulled her and Bong-Hwan's souls together like a magnet? Because maybe she didn't really want to die, and it was like her last cry for help? And his soul was the only one that "heard" it in the end? 🤔I think in that little moment when the Queen woke up with the King by her side, it was the real So-Yong, not Bong-Hwan. And the reason she could actually get out of her dormant state, even if for that tiny moment, is what is causing the memories to come back? 🤔And could that be the link that pulled Bong-Hwan back into her body again, because the link is way too strong? Otherwise, I don't know why he would get pulled back now if he had already gotten away... I don't know, but everything that's happening is giving me many thoughts. 🤷‍♀️And I really loved to watch our King in that scene where he and the cousin had that argument in the Queen's room. ❤️😏

Souls

A lot happened in this episode, but all I want to talk about now is the cliffhanger. 😲Does that mean Bong-Hwan's body has been unconscious this whole time, and now regaining that consciousness is calling for his soul back? Where's the Queen's soul then? 🤔

What if...?

It looks like the King starts to look at his Queen romantically, but I am not sure if the hook is Bong-Hwan's personality and current choices, or learning that So-Yong wanted to commit suicide. I've seen dramas where a man who is swapped into a female body ends up enjoying life so much that he decides to stay. What if that is the case in this story too? 🤔I wonder if the engraving on that stone would still be seen in modern times? And if so, could the Queen in Bong-Hwan's body read it and realize where the real soul of that body is. Maybe she thinks that she's just reincarnated? Because if she's in modern times, for her to adapt to the situation could be much harder than it is for Bong-Hwan, no? 🤔
