whats wrong with being virgin at 30 like be fr bruh. Sex is only okay if you're married in my opinion. like why…
What you wrote is bad: "have sex only for reproduction". As for the child thing, i hope you know about birth control, condoms, pills etc. Or else you are living in a very dark time or space so i can only feel bad for you. Human beings have sex because its their nature to enjoy it, to being intimate as an expression of love and feel another human being while they fulfill their BASIC instict.

Human beings (and dolphins) are the only mammals that have sex for pleasure, besides for reproduction. Sorry thats our nature. If you dont like it you have every right to never get intimate with no one.
I agree...one of my first kdramas and I hoped for a noona drama.Didn't know, that this kind of word existet then…
I know right? A noona romance in that dark environment would shake the drama world-plus she was the "evil" hero since ep1. Imagine the "Evil" powerful woman paired with that die hard guy! awwwwww im getting goosebumps already! pf kdrama writers of this genre never brake out of the cliche line-weak girl saved by superhero boy with traumatic past bla bla bla boooooriiiiiinggggg!
Love is the most beautiful thing in life. Including sex. 2 people living in a modern city, over 30yo and never had any kind of intimate relationship, yes they must have their issues. If its a clear choice by their nature (e.g. being asexual) of course its all right. But if there are other reasons such us religion, social beliefs, puritanism, fear of intimacy, shame etc, yes its wrong by default

Yeap i agree with all your points! Sadly a major amount of artistic feeling is lost in dramas/movies due to restrictions, politics, marketing, or even in dubbing -chinese dramas commit literally a crime by dubbing the actors-they themselves lose half of their performance even when they dub themselves, though i can get the reasons, but still, they butcher the whole project. Yes in Secret, i was so irritated by the forced ML love, he was shown clearly as an abuser, even when he had a change of heart towards her. And consider the fact that im old fashioned when it comes to portraying erotic affairs on shows, i mean i tolerate a good amount of aggression as long as it serves the plot, but that scene in the car where he forced himself on her and her being defensive for about 2 minutes it gave me VERY bad vibes, i couldnt get any kind of love/passion/affection. When a hero has a change of heart, eg from hate-revenge to love, he/she MUST have at least 1-2 scenes where you explain his inner fight and a kind of redemption before you turn him into a love puppy. They didnt do such thing thus our facepalms! Major fail. As for civil conversations here...well i ve seen a lot of haters in MDL, and i will never understand why. I wouldnt fight over an actor/actress even if i got paid lol! Thanks for the conversation and happy drama watching dear!
(as much as i love and enjoy kdramas, sometimes i wanna go back in time and watch latin soapies which i never liked but at least they always had very convincing passion scenes even when the show itself was boring as hell hahahha)

As for actors, i insist that for an actor to have such demands, its ok, as long as he/she picks dramas that dont depict any kind of love affairs as i said before. I agree that there certain factors due to company/production team/ sponsors etc that have their own rules but we as viewers receive the result. And the result is ugly and unprofessional when we watch such cold not artistic not convincing scenes. Same as with army themed dramas: you cant portray a soldier with a body of a lawyer. Soldiers are fit, if you present them otherwise, then the audience just dont get it and the show sinks. As a conclusion to the above: personally i blame everyone cause dramas/movies are an enseble work. I blame it on the direction team, on the production, on actors, on everyone that has a word to the final result. Creators must respect the story, the script, the narrative. They have to convince us. And they are paid for it. Thats showbiz

Frozen Flower, World of the Married, Secretary Kim, A man and a woman, Goblin (only a few kissing scenes, a cut scene which we can see on youtube, but they kept the overall feeling of the scene), Business proposal, Legend of Blue sea, Heirs, Tale of the 9 tailed, and numerous other dramas who portray lovers passion very successfully, even after cutting essential passionate scenes or french kiss kind of. Yes censorchip exists in the whole asian drama world (except Thai), you cant easily find taboo elements like homosexuality (again, thai as an exception), or infidelity, or nudity. BUT, to kiss like a piece of wood looking like a fish in shock, is not a matter of censhorship, but likely a matter of bad directing, and/or revisioning cliches. As for the actors/actresses, i respect their choice of denying to perform nudity/kissing etc but they can choose another drama gender to act. When you perform as a lover you should behave as one. A love story between adults, needs passion expressed by bodies. Simple as that.
As to the kissing part of your analysis... I've watched a few dramas with this leading lady and you are correct…
If it was for censorship's sake, then they would all be wooden and stiff-which is not the case here-cause ML surely looks better in kissing scenes. Plus, other dramas of the same period, are way too steamier. Last but not least, even under censorship passion, even lust, can be depicted in many ways, this is called acting and good directing. Even in chinese dramas where censorship is more strict, you can watch some really hot skinship scenes very well directed and choreographed.
I just saved myself about 8-10 hours of watching. I dropped halfway with a lots i mean LOT of skipping. I dont get anything from this drama. Acting is mediocre-or else the script depicts the characters as 2D-except the FL who is just 1D-a damsel in distress-getting caught for every possible crime that happens on earth just because....she was there! I also didnt get any chemistry between the main leads. There's no comparison to Innocent Man in all aspects. Acting, plot twists, storyline, filler scenes etc. Total waste esp for the main leades which are both good actors. I wouldnt rate it even with a 2
Oh trust me babe, as an ex-ballerina the ballet part had me digging my grave with my dead pointe shoes and laying…
Gosh i can imagine your frustration! Sadly, you dancers, or any kind of professionals or artists, when they re watching their profession/art being depicted in dramas, they lose the whole entertainment of it, i mean its inevitable. But with today's technology and production teams level, i think we as watchers deserve better shows. Its ok if they cant portray something in a good quality level, they should just drop the idea and show something else, something easier to present. They do the same with doctors -and there are A LOT of hospital dramas when you want to watch it facepalming yourself each and ever moment! hahahahahahahhaha the beauty and beastie dramaworld!
Unless you can’t stand melodramas and real, adult relationships, you must WATCH IT. Don’t listen to the moaners…
100%agree. Still on ep8 and im thrilled with it! Dropping kdrama one after one, i wonder why i dont find such dramas nowadays (even if this one is a bit soapy but its soooooo damn good). As for the ending, i always spoil myself a bit cause im a good ending sucker (not necessarily happy but good overall for the sake of the story), yes it makes sense and gives a kind of redemption for a new start. Overall I LOVE it
All hypocrisy of the human kind is shown at the comment section below: people get offended by the "infidelity" but the dont get offended when lives are destroyed because of others conspiracies, lies, deception. I guess this world still has more priests than shrinks .Wow just wow!
Whats wrong with a 17 with a 13yo feeling so many positive emotions for each other? Whats wrong with you people?…
Of course they are! Age differences count twice as much when it comes to kids, even when there's 2 years difference. But its about emotions. They wont have to get married or take serious life decisions so why do the have to be at the same phase?
That's because it's not supposed to BE a "beautiful love story with righteous characters." Go read some children's…
Children's books content includes talking vegetables, monstrous animals, evil stepmoms and other pervert things (and thats how people grow up and go preech about morals in MDL :)))))))
