The best of the Q Series and one of the best Taiwanese dramas, period. If the rest of the Q Series were like this, they would have made Tdramas more popular as was intended.
I liked the drama more than the movie, tbh, but I didn't like the ending. I low-key hated Lin's character while supporting Bank the most but that's not a criticism of the story, just my personal preferences. I could sympathize with Bank, his struggles and his moral decisions as a member of the poverty-stricken lower class while I found Lin's middle class morality and mentality more annoying than the rich who abused the system to their advantage.
How did homeboy manage to make two different wives unhappy in two different timelines? Good Lord.
I actually kinda feel bad for Sayaka in this drama unlike Kang Han-na's character in the original kdrama. She isn't borderline contemplating infidelity with a much younger guy (so far), and even if she is kinda rude and cold to Motoharu's family, she is still being ignored and shut out by her husband.
I don't know why Ishikawa is so obsessed with finding the killer(s) when it's cases like the one in ep. 6. The previous season's case with the young boys and their pedophilic killers didn't sit right with me either. Police will always protect the rights of the rapist, not those who survive their crimes. I hope the brother gets a light sentence for what he did.
