Once a watch

One night stand followed by marriage is the plot which ain't getting older. And if the drama is of the rom-com genre it gives a perfect drama when you want something light.

The story developed nicely in the beginning but it went on dragging the sibling rivalry until the very end. The actual story should have been based more on flash marriage but it wasn’t.
It had typical Thai drama cliches but the amount of humor it has makes it bearable. The drama story revolves around how the FL has lacked her father's affection and is kicked out of his company. And how ML comes as an unexpected supporter in her life to make life better and give her all the love she lacked. The family members of FL are some antiques who deserve to be in the museum, how can you be so stupid, even after constantly getting hints of betrayal they remain stupid.
ML's side of the story was so superficial and just a glimpse of his family. But he remained as one winner to all the FL family through his quick wits.

The acting was mediocre by everyone. I expected a lot from PookLook, as I have seen her before, but the cheesy script didn’t give a way to show their acting skills.
ML Tono paying Pokpong was too monotonous. He was written like badly like use him when needed then throw away. But Tono made sure he was likeable despite such a bad script.
The friends of leads Tat, Korn, and Fang were so loyal friends that I wanted to give a hug to them onscreen.

The music is ok but I don’t remember anything even after watching 17 episodes, except the opening tack. so the opening song is quite sweet and good.

Rewatch is a NO from me, as I lost interest halfway through and just wanted to complete it until the end.

Watch this if you want something light and like one nightstand genre.
Do not watch if you want a deep story, it just has a sibling rivalry as a core story.

For Action lovers only

The story is what is just written in a synopsis, with an ample amount of action. So if you want a more deep story of character growth and bonding please just avoid watching this movie and bash it later.

It serves an audience who loves action, and we all know Jang Hyuk doing action sequences, killing the baddies, and firing guns as if in a war is a treat to watch. Not much for acting but he really put a lot of effort on action, as viewers we know that action requires more physical strength.

Since I like watching JangHyuk's works, this was an OK movie for me but I enjoyed it.

One time watch

The poster of the drama looks glittering and impressive, so I just gave it a shot to make use of my lunch break time.

Unexpectedly the time loop story is good and the characters are likeable. The time loop story and booming romance is fun to watch. The female friendship was nice and simple without much context. I really like this kind of dimension in-between friends.
likable
Acting is average and good, neither extraordinary nor boring. You can either find faults or let them pass if you want.

It's a one-time watch movie. So NO rewatch for me.

Avoid if you are looking for romance or humor

●In dramas they say the person least suspected is actually the killer, following the same theory, the ADAMAS was at a place least expected to be and i guessed it right.

●I believed that nothing can go wrong when Ji Sung is in a drama. I have a strong faith in his projects for his spectacular character portrayal and amazing performances. I was a bit confused due to the twins concept but at the end of ep1, I decided to binge it. The story is unbelievably crazy, every episode revolves around ADAMAS Theft, murder, and powerhouse and when viewers think OK, the ADAMAS is found, a new twist happens and shows that what happened was just the tip of the iceberg with new secrets being revealed. The ending was a disappointment, I can be happy with an open or sad ending but a hint of season 2 was the least I expected. I don't want to be in a cliffhanger for a year.

●Acting is top-notch by everyone. No complaints about this., even the minor characters were bang.
#Ji Sung is always incredible. I was convinced with acting but not the actions so that minus the points of writers. He magnificently plays the twins and gives a usual twin sibling yet has a distinct emotional characterization.
#Seo Ji Hye playing Eun Hye Soo is a mysterious grey character. feels like a twisted, game-changer. To be saying psycho would be wrong, she is an elegant devious person. She is neither wrong nor right. She is a victim of a powerhouse but shows a strong character. it would still be wrong to put her as antagonist or protagonist until we know her full story.
#Lee So Kyung playing Kim Seo Hee was such a pain, she was on my nerves until the end. She was so stubborn and put everyone in danger with every decision she makes. The actress plays the character beautifully but was a pain in the head.

●Music is spooky and mysterious, like a series of mysterious events, it dropped at perfect scenes giving chills.
Park Hae Eun, as Sun, seems cute, but high on drugs. she really left an impression with her appearance as psycho. hope to see her more work.

● rewatching this drama is not possible because it is ending even though a roller coaster ride, it's disappointing.
● Also the twins concept is still a mystery cause I think the writers might have an unfinished base story so they left us with a hint second season.

●Watch this drama if like a thriller, mystery, or treasure hunt type of drama.
●Do not watch if you want some romance or humor cause the series has no romance, but an unusual tension between both the lead pairs.

relatable to those who got homemade lunch box

●BENTO HARASSMENT reminds me of an Indian movie titled “The Lunch Box” which is about two strangers who bond together after it gets mis-delivered to a man, made by a wife for her husband. They both send the letter in the box.
In Bento Harassment mother crafts messages with food for her teen daughter.

●This movie is so relatable to me, and It might sound bad, but my mom just made one food for my lunchbox for almost 6years and when I reached my early teens I stopped taking lunchbox because I was bored and embarrassed to eat the same dish every day. I endured those 6hours with the breakfast I ate in the morning. My mother never asked the reason was sad though. I ain’t complaining but am super impressed how the mother in the movie cared so much for her daughter, also that single father who was a newbie at bento making was awesome.

●It was heartwarming to see a mother trying to bond with her rebellious daughter over food. And the messages of correct parenting were sent to the viewers. Do not pressurize your kid but try to talk with them, if not by mouth then with messages or any other way, when you put effort into parenting, Kids will surely feel your love and care.

●Story is comical and heartwarming simultaneously. It later becomes serious but maintains its warmth until the end.

●The acting is decent by everyone. No Complaints. I love the actress Playing the mother, the way she felt happy while making food was nice to see.

●My favorite scene is when both mom-daughter prepare the bento together.
●My favourite Bento Lunch Box was the last one, the graduation Bento.

Good movie but unimpactful

●There is a phrase in my country “every man's heart way is through his stomach” but my opinion is “every person's hearts way is via the stomach regardless of gender”
If we eat a dish made with love even after a long time it will be imprinted on our memory.

●This movie had many elements in the story inclusive of amnesia, accidents, soul-switch, delicious food cooking, Piano playing, childhood friendship, and wedding. Despite having all such crazy stuff it is subtle and calm.

●Nothing is overdone and tragedy, romance, drama everything is well incorporated. Just like a meal consisting of various dishes and everything is delicious and enjoyable.

●Acting is average. No one impresses actually. But I really liked the FL and her way of savoring each dish. She was truly happy eating those dishes.

●Story is simple and sends up a message If You love someone and afraid to lose, be brave to confess if you can't let go.
The music is isnt great. and rewatch is not possible for such an unimpactful movie.

Death is a sensitive topic done carefully

●“Sunrise is pretty but sunsets are prettier” I read this quote somewhere, where I had a debate about life and death. Sunrise represents life and hope to start fresh. Whereas Sunsets represent Death, where life fades away in the darkness. After living life to the fullest in the day making beautiful memories, when sunsets and all those beautiful memories shine bright with the dusky hue of the sun, making death peaceful.

●I cry easily, not just to my pain but seeing others in pain too so I knew I signed up for a melancholic drama but it would be these tears of happiness and satisfaction I didn’t expect that I would use my whole box of tissue.
The melancholic death was sad but the drama with the help of team Genie put beautiful colors and send people with a smile.

●The pain, misery, suffering, and fear of losing someone we love, this K Drama series reminds us all of the fragility of life. The drama felt episodic as every patient's wish was granted in 1 or 2 episodes. But it also helped in healing the sufferings of others, who are relatives, hospital staff, team GENIE or strangers who became part of the wishes. I loved the healing storyline overall., where ML is the core, he is broken and while fulfilling all the wishes, gets healed himself slowly.

●ML, Yoon Gyeo Rye Played by Ji Chang Wook portraying an ex-convict, abused in childhood, lonely as an adult, no ambitions left, is heartbreaking. On Skin, he has tattoos, ready to physically fight, but inside he is all broken, that mental health contrast is shown superbly. His eyes just penetrate the heart, the sparkles when he cries, his cheeky curiosity, his genuine feelings were brilliant. Though I didn’t like the wardrobe, it determines he was trying to live while wearing vibrant colors. JCW can show the simpler and down-to-earth character with ease
Seo Yeon Joo played by Choi Soo Young is showing toughness outside by lifting weights, has a warm heart, and becomes ML healing genie. CSY looks innocent and tough at the same time. That nurse outfit looked adorable and I felt happy seeing her trying hard to ease out others pain.
Kang Tae Shik played by Sung Dong Il is one of my favorite senior actors. Whenever he plays positive characters I just love it, because in negative characters he is very scary.

●OST’s are healing and soft.
Part 1 “Loner” by Kim Sung Kyu is soft vibed and the lyrics are healing.
Part 5 “Halo” by Park Jinjoo is upbeat and has a warm touch of morning sunshine.
Part 9 “You and me” by TAEYEON has a soft heartwarming vibe just like when two lovers hold hands in winter.

●I would rewatch this when I would like to shed some tears.

●If you want like healing, heartwarming dramas, watch If You Wish Upon Me
If you don’t like sad and tearful dramas or want some amazing avoid this. Because it is a sad drama and has an average story.

●My favorite scene is Yoon Gyo Rye with Sonny at the beach in the first episode. It was a sad scene but it was aesthetic.

●If You Wish Upon Me is pleasant and sentimental; whether its emotions are manufactured or sincere will be in the eye of the beholder.

Fantastic comedy!!! Highly Recommended

●We all have watched at least one movie/drama based on soul swapping or body swapping. so this movie has an identity swap while he suffers amnesia.

●All the fun elements happen action, romance, and comedy happens, when Choi Hyung Wook tries to do what he is good at, which is fighting and using knives in the new supposed life. This all has a great turn of events when he tries to become an actor which is even more hilarious.

●On the other side, after stealing the identity, Yoon Hye Sung Played by Lee Joon is the same as his past self. But he invites trouble without knowing the job of the person he is impersonating.

●Acting by everyone is top-notch, started it mainly because of Lee Joon and loved everyone while watching it. Yoo Hae Jin was an excellent choice to play the killer. Im Ji Yeon was really good, having a job as an emergency caregiver she had a warm heart and helped the ML in other aspects too

●I learned two things from this movie:
1>You cannot change the personality of the person. His inner self will be seen in his daily habits, that how he lives his life _ learned from Lee Joon
A2> person's outer self is not all that we see. It's highly possible that what he does for a living is different from what others see. _ learned from Yoo Hae Jin.

●my favorite scenes were the drama Choi Hyung Wook was shooting.

●Highly recommend for a dose of the comic.
If you don’t have anything to watch, then watch Luck-Key

Typical Japanese bizzare style

It is an eccentric Japanese movie that I didn’t find artistic. It was weird for me but the movie was trying to teach some lessons I guess. I didn't skip but yeah I watched many scenes in 2X

PLOT VIEW
The man is trapped in a white room is has a scene saying LEARN, which supposedly meant that he needs to find his way out of the room himself. When he finds his way out, he gets trapped in a bigger room but grey colored and a cut scene says PRACTICE. This means that whatever he learns in the white room should be used to get out of the grey room. But the man uses physical ability and climbs the wall, stepping on the switches. But here is the weird thing, every time h steps on a switch, a man in the real world is affected and does strange things.
When finally he makes his way out he gets into another room and the scene cut says FUTURE. This might mean he was ready for the real world.
The Mexican wrestler was somehow hypnotized or something happened when he went out with the NUN maybe she did some magic on him.

MY HYPOTHESIS
1>The man is trapped in the room, it is like the room represents the human body(Mexican wrestler) and the man represents the cells. whatever they do affects the body and we perform according to our cells.
2>The man might be confined as a study subject. And Scientists are doing research on him.

ACTING
It was frustrating to watch that middle-aged man trying to escape. the acting was just average.

MUSIC had some radio songs and orchestra singing which I skipped.
REWATCH absolutely NO. it didn't click me at all to rewatch again. even if I didn't understand I don't want to watch it.

RECOMMENDATION
Watch this if you want to know how the man escaped the white room. or if you like bizarre movies.
Do not watch it for some great amazing story, you will be disappointed.

Artistic but Not for everyone

●Hesitated for a long time before starting.
Reason: firstly it's slow-paced and secondly it's 2 and a half hrs long.

●Reason I started: only one YOO AH IN, I respect his works. His projects are marvelous and keep one intrigued with his marvelous acting.

●My Feelings: In spite of being slow the movie wasn’t boring. It was like a work of art. thinking about what to draw, finding the right canvas, mixing all the colors, and slowly stroking brushes to create an artistic painting. This movie is like those modern art pieces which are beautiful but not distinct. And the viewer is open to read in between the lines and creating their own theories. The plot unfolds slowly with a tense build-up, along the way with some interesting conversations and interactions. The ending is ironic in with an open ending leaving the viewers with an uneasy feeling the end which makes them want to know more.

●The movie surrounds Lee Jong Su played by YAI who wants to be a writer but is struggling in his daily life.
Ben played by Steven Yeun is rich and has a playful luxurious life. This character contrast shows the class difference as well as their personality.
Shin Hae Mi played by Jeon Jong Seo was in between them. She was a free being wanting to learn about the meaning of life. Her character was the most interesting, she had all sorts of random stories which sometimes seemed fake and sometimes artistic.

●The actors were magnificent and did an excellent job to this convey this slow-paced movie. It can be a great character study for the audience, as all three characters are mysterious yet enchanting.

●And director and cinematographer did a great job of not making this slow movie boring and instead gave it a cinematic touch.

●The dialogues of the movie are metaphorical and have deep meaning than just the sentence.
●Music is mostly natural, rain, wind, birds, car wheezing, walking, utensils, etc. The other tunes were light and not overbearing which I seemed to have missed because I was engrossed in the movie I guess.

●The Ending
1>My understanding of the ending was, that the movie ending was real and ML took revenge, simply just as the movie is trying to show.
2>My Hypothesis of the ending was, that the ending part of the novel ML was writing. Because we see him writing in a room and the camera just zooms outwards.

● This movie is not for everyone. if you like mystery or thrillers, do watch this
but if you hate open endings don't watch this it will not serve you the ending on a plate but you have to put your mind and give it a thought.

Slice of life of people bts of celebrities

●This drama gives a small insight into how the Korean Entertainment Industry works. A slice of life of the people behind the scenes of the celebrities. well, I enjoy dramas with a daily life substance and show their day-to-day experiences.

●A light-hearted, fluffy drama about the struggles of people behind the stars. All these celebrities keep on making mistakes, sometimes unintentionally, sometimes intentionally because they are humans too, every one is bound to make mistakes. Also because they are celebrities some people make trouble for them by maligning their reputations. There comes their image maker or PR Team (Public Relations Team) trying to whitewash their mistakes. Why because if they don’t have clean image celebrities will not be loved and public and have no work simple. To have the success they have to have a respectable image because stars fall with just one scandal or rumor ruining their entire career which may or may not be true.

●The struggles of people working with celebrities are depicted nicely. Reporters, managers, drivers, lawyers, and many others. The story is fast-paced and does not get hung up on the one storyline, it jumps to the next story so sometimes I felt that what happened to that last case of mistake/crimes and realized the writer just wrap it up in a clean report with the help of PR teams.

●The best part of this drama is that it focuses on each and every character, not just the leads therefore it was so pleasant to watch as everyone has a distinct storyline. Newcomers are struggling to become hit, old stars are struggling to remain in the industry, and top stars are struggling to remain at the top. Besides the leads, there are four other romance storyline that develops gradually over time and not in an instant which is satisfying to watch.

●Acting wise I liked Lee Jung Shin playing Attorney Do Soo Hyuk awesome. He was mature and precise, didn’t beat around the bush, and had a clear storyline.
Lee Sung Kyung and Kim Young Dae as the bickering leads were fine and loved their storyline as how ML tries to woo FL.
but the other bickering couple Yunaaa and Jae Hyun would earn the cutest couple. They had the same storyline in the drama and the drama of the world of stars drama.

●Music is pretty decent but not extraordinary which makes it worth remembering.

●Rewatch is for lifting up the mood to some light and fluffy stuff without much context and just enjoy the story.

●Watch this if you like light dramas and have nothing else to watch.
●Do NOT watch if you want a deep storyline or some hardcore romance. Because it is a typical light cringe rom-com drama.

who is innocent in this world ?

Innocent Witness is a wonderful movie with a beautiful message. I was overwhelmed at the end because it questions the human beings who think they are normal and every other human being with any shortcomings, diseases, or specialty is abnormal. But they forget one thing normal humans had the ability to lie and commit crimes.

The director, producer, and writer made a beautiful film and focused on the prejudice of society toward autism. Because they are always considered to be abnormal and not fit for the world.

Innocent Witness foretells that the prosecution arrested a housekeeper on the charges of murder, solely on the basis of a witness statement. The defense lawyer tries hard to get the correct information but he had his biased opinion that witnesses may have perceived the murder events wrongly because normal people also make mistakes. Maybe because he wanted to win the case but finally he realized the special skills of Kim Ji Woo and understood her statements. Becoming a man of justice and not just a winning lawyer.

Jung Woo Sung and Kim Hyang Gi nailed her character on the spot! The combined synergy between these two characters was just heart-warming and loved the pace and build-up to the solving of the case.

The only flaw for me was the prosecution part they didn’t really work hard to prove the guilty not just rely upon one witness. They should have gone to prove the motive and other basics. The writer may have left this to show the non-effort of the prosecution which contrasted with the defense attorney who gives time and effort to his cases.

when you don't have time

This sci-fi time-stop concept feels so similar to the people who sacrifice their sleep and work hard to complete their tasks and studies, to make their life and future better.

When you have no time left, nature gives you extra time to live, what an irony life is. Sometimes they try to mend an unfortunate accident about to occur. Sometimes they do adventurous activities. The lost time brought hope to two strangers, who had lost their future goals and doesn't seem to know what they want. In the beginning, I though that they were given extra time but by the end, I see that the future was not deprived to the leads. The teen love story was so natural and cute as friendship turned into love

The story probably took me off my feet with all the sci-fi secrets, but its worth the twists of the story. The acting was top notch like melted butter flowing in the pan. The actors just brightened up the HATSUKOI LOSS TIME with their charm. Itagaki Mizuki and Kiryu Sakura were great picks, otherwise, innocence gets lost when directors pick mature actors to play young teen roles. They were actually teens when the movie was made so it gives another kind of satisfaction.
Lastly, it is a good movie, if you like you might want to rewatch it. Otherwise once a watch is a must to appreciate the beauty of actors.
If you like a romantic teenage movie, give this a try. A simple story but sweet.

typical celebrity-commoner love story

What happens when you fall in love with a Star(Celebrity), you come under the surveillance of the media and your quiet life might become chaotic. Either you continue the relationship hiding or break up to let the celebrity have his name and fame untainted.
Writers are so obsessed with sacrificing the love concept, I am leaving you for your own good and then suffer alone in the name of love. Pushing away the person you love is a really irritating premise.

Almost every star story has this typical storyline. you get to see typical banters and indifference of personality. The movie had a predictable ending and the leads have mediocre chemistry. For me, it was a waste of time.

ML, Yi Feng had good and effective acting. FL, Yang Mi was blank for me. She just didn’t have any facial expressions. If it's sad it ought to show on her face, eyes anywhere I just couldn’t find expressions on her. No offense to her fans please but sorry I didn’t like her.
Dilraba Dilmurat was the reason I watched the movie, but she had very less screen time. And being a newbie she was average.

patriarchy wont let a woman live her life peacefully, single, married or divorced

This lakron would be the mildest one I had ever watched in a lakron category and yeah there is no slap/kiss. Rather than saying it had a toxic marriage premise, I would say it had a disrespectful marriage alliance. They both had a fake marriage, and get used to each other when seeing goodness (fall in love) but until the end, hurt each other.
Also, an aspect of Patriarchal society, truly made me hate all the men in the drama. None of the male characters were likable even for a bit. they see women as some kind of object who should have a male owner. in the name of marriage. divorce or family whatever shit the writers could give. The foul four male leads made the life of Kluay difficult in every way possible. They dumped their hate, obsession, responsibility, debts, doubts, and expectations upon her at the same time. Even when she is in a fake marriage, Peemarn and Jedsada coerce her into marrying them even after clearly saying NO multiple times and not letting her breathe even for a second.
This drama doesn't show a strong woman but how men exploit women for their own selfish needs. Peemarn in his fantasy love thinks that Kluay will marry him, why would a girl marry you for no good reason? Also, he was so coward, shameless person who abandons girls if he doesn't like the situation is favorable for him.
Jedsada, a lawyer and close friend pressurizes Kluay at every chance he gets to marry him. I wanted to root for him but his love was a kind of obsession, and he was the most hated man in the drama. the drama portrays him as a selfless friend, but I saw him as the most selfish person who wants his debt of gratitude.
Kai, a brother and a boxer, was a troublemaker throughout the show with no guilt. Piing debts only to be paid by his family. His story had a lot of loops which could have been a good arc but writers just wanted to keep this character as a troubler only I guess.
Luk is big business tycoon, who knows that money could solve every problem. If you love some1 shower them with money and if you hate them control them with money. But his part was written with the least negatives and Margie's father figure gave him a good character arc. I watched it for Pong Nawat and he is so natural and believable as a bad husband.

About the Margie story, it became the main track, but when she leaves, there is an episode showing just the ceremony with some twists, but after that everyone forgets her. The writers did a terrible job at this, it was a sensitive topic and they just wiped her out of the drama.

Acting is pretty decent by everyone, you can hate the negative character.
Nune was subtle, simple, and natural. Sometimes it felt like she is stiff and expressionless but thinking twice she was portraying a poor girl who never forgot her roots and always remained calm and composed. I really liked her relationship with Margie though.
I personally liked Nattha, who had the calmest and most positive role in the drama. Pitchaya was lovely and natural. her character was too good to be true but I know people like them exist personally.

Music isn't memorable but still, I find it amazing to listen to. rather than a rewatch I would go for a new drama, but since it has the mild lakron flavor its good.
