The problem with these China production houses such as Tencent they want first hand profit from the drama. The international market in comparison to China market when it comes to dramas is very small and so the profit made will be small. You can see that from how the Untamed and WOH rights to stream was given to Netflix after both the dramas had aired enough to generate some good profit in China. I think them selling the rights ain’t profitable enough to them. I think they’ll prefer to change the storyline to something else but Bromance than selling the rights. I think if they value the long wait from the fans and the work of the crew members and actors then the right decision is to sell these rights to platforms that can air them regardless of little profit; but if they value profit then I’m sure they won’t easily give it away.

The Heiress. If you don't mind him being a second lead giving you some severe second lead syndrome but I liked him in the drama. Also Apple Dog's time though the story is centered on the leads. He has a supporting role

Absolutely a master piece. Mu De Qing the MVP character. Shao Zi the coolest character. Yang mi, William Chan and Xu kai cheng absolutely delivered one versatile acting. Zhou ying and Zhe liu absolutely lovely. The drama indeed has its flaws but its a masterpiece since it has alot of good plot development that makes you forget its flaws. Indeed a smash hit for 2021.

I just like this drama. I've not enjoyed a chinese Rom-com in a long time and I'm enjoying this a lot.
