When the show failed in its writing/ logic department, they had KSH flex his dimples *extra-hard*, to fuel us…
They totally used HJP's character purely for ratings. But in the end, the viewership ratings in Korea still dropped. I think the finale was lower than average viewership as well.
Man, Suzy has a lot of fans I realize. Or just a few fans endlessly refreshing.
i've heard nothing but great things about Eve. But i'm not fond of seeing blood and killing on the shows I watch. Same reason i'll never watch Dexter also.

It depends. If you are like me, and are not winning lotteries every week, and don't have a super duper lucky life. Then we may not feel NDS like is relatable.
If you are the select few, who has had a silver spoon all your life, or who are just crazy lucky every day. Then you may find NDS portrayal quite inspirational.
Hmm, in my experience, this is the first time I've seen a SL have a more interesting/complex character arc than the ML. Most of the time the backstory of the SL is contained to a blurb, or a short flashback, not a whole episode, and a Pilot one at that.
Yeah, seeing you detail everything, made me realize how poorly the writer treated HJP.
I started this drama only familiar with SZ, (only ever heard NJH), first time to know KSH. My friend recommended…
Majority felt the same way, because in 2020, men who are possessive, easily jealous, and give the women no independence on their own, are no longer seen as romantic, but rather toxic.

Park Shin Hye is lauded for her beauty? This is surprising to me. I think she's just average Kdrama beauty. And I don't think her acting is that great from what I hear.
From what I see, Kpop Idols have more hype than regular actresses. When an Idol plans to jump into his/her first Kdrama, there is so much hype for it. Plus based on Instagram followers, even your most average Kpop member will have more followers on social media than your average kdrama star. And internationally, Kpop is more popular than Kdramas.
Plus it's also the mob effect. When one person says, Suzy is the most beautiful person in Korea, everyone just kind of parrots and agrees. Prior to Suzy, people were saying Song Hye Kyo was the prettiest. It's that mob mentality. Especially considering that beauty is one of those subjective things.
Hope a less laggy version comes out soon.
The only thing I remember from TKEM is Woo Do Hwan. And the only thing i'll remember from Start Up years later is Kim Seon Ho.
While the writers, A-listers in TKEM and Start Up, would rather forget that they starred in their respective dramas.
Fleabag isn't on netflix though.
1. Cobra Kai
2. Bridgerton
3, The Good Place
4. Emily in Paris
I'm currently watching.
1. Archer
2. The Flash
3. Supergirl
Supergirl and Flash are kind of bad shows, the writing just plain sucks. But since they are in english, I can do work while watching them.
Archer, is surprisingly a good show, even though it's a cartoon. I'm on season 3, and it's been quite fun.
When Run on and Mr. Queen are done, i'll just binge them both.
