Ugh, tell me about it, TKEM and Start Up were both from acclaimed writers, and they both fell flat for me.
Yes, I found her story and her eccentricities interesting. Finding out she was a gun nut was hilarious! It added so much more dimension to her character.
I have yet to see the chemistry between them, but i'll give it 1 more episode to see it.
Like how he pointed the gun at the ex, it just didn't make sense, and was so unnecessary. And the fact, he hit a very well thrown javelin, when he is a sprinter? I am like what?!?
But i'm going to give this writer more leash, since he is a first timer.
I think they are trying to depict his character as eccentric. At least that is what he appears to me.I prefer…
I just feel he has an air of haughtiness around him when he interacts with people in general. And it wouldn't surprised me since he does come from a rich family.
His haughtiness is so tied in with his eccentricities that it is a little hard for me to tell if the haughty air I feel around him, is just a manifestation of his eccentric nature, or an actual characterization.

I agree with your sentiments on the FL.
For the ML, I get the parents are suppose to be overbearing, but it just doesn't come off as too clear, IMO. I felt that the show didn't do a great of a job of setting up the ML's backstory. There were so many unnecessary scenes that could have been taken of, and some scenes could have been extended for clarity.
In the end, I felt they tried to do too much in the first episode, on a limited run time, that at times I was confused with the plot.
I don't know if the ML is hard, more like he is weird. And with gun violence at an all time around the world, the way they wield the fake guns willy nilly has me bothered.
I actually think, this drama would have done better with just ML and FL, no need for secondary love pairings.
Ahh, so this is a first time writer? I will be watching second episode and see if it grips my interest, but the an early fight scene in the second episode, has me being skeptical.
She loved him because,he stood by her starting from party , sand box..so on,both worked together to achieve their…
In the party, it was actually HJP who supported both SDM and NDS.
In sand box, NDS kept screwing up and HJP kept saving them.
The point is, NDS personality is never clear, since he has been pretending to be someone he is not his whole life. And up until the end, the audience has no grasp of who NDS is as a person, since he has made his person about SDM. If SDM dies, who is NDS then? His dream and his whole life he made about SDM, he has no actual identity.

If 10 should exist, so should 1. They represent ultimate black and ultimate light.
Ultimate good, cannot exist without ultimate evil.
I think people who give all 10's or all 1's are not fake. I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Although I think people who rate all 10's or all 1's tend to exaggerate their love or hate for a show. I will respect their ratings. I just find it ironic that people who rate all 10's believe that people who rate all 1's are fake, that is all.
Well, you are calling another person fake also, so I am just saying, how are you any different? Once again, google Irony. I will shock you on the meaning.
So NDS lies about who he is as a child, when he cheats on the test.
This fools Grandma and HJP into thinking that NDS is a good guy, and they use NDS name to lie to SDM.
SDM falls for a NDS, who pretends to be the NDS that grandma and HJP created, that is in effect based on a lie that NDS created.
NDS has been lying to his parents for more than 15 years, and his whole adulthood has been based on a lie.
So, i'm confused as to who SDM fell for? I think even NDS is confused on who he really is.
And, it's weird, when SDM tells NDS, that she fell in love "Just because", this makes me think that she doesn't know which part of NDS is really him, and which ones are a lie. And I don't think NDS knows either.
That is why there is the emphasis on his Big Hands, because no matter how many secret identities, double life, and fake profiles NDS makes, his hands is still his hands, and he can't fake it.
If SDM had given NDS reasons of why she loves him, I think the writer was afraid that the audience would realize that the reason SDM loves NDS are actually because of HJP.

Deflection much :))) What I wrote is still true. As you are a new account yourself and rated the show a 10, how can you judge another new account who rated it a 1? You are both on opposite sides of the rating spectrum. IRONY!

Plus I like tall men.
I'm not so familiar with men shoes lol!
I mean, he's attractive no doubt, i'm just not feeling his character so far.
SSK on the other hand, i'm really liking her character and acting so far.
In fact, the fact that all the men in the first episode were huge misogynist, kind of bothered me.
like even 2 inches would make a world of difference here.
FYI FL is 5'5, so does that mean Siwan is only like 5'6?

When you first started posting here, you also appeared to be the same. Your watchlist is 4 days ago, when you joined 8 days ago.
Now that you have a watchlist, your suddenly better than him/her?
I mean come on, at least see what your doing here...
