Oooook, I had a huge problem with the first two episodes because I kept thinking Phab/Tae totally looked like Rowan Atkinson (Mr.Bean) and I couldn't stand it. ^^' XD
Now that I finished episode 5 and waiting for 6, I must say I like this series and the chemistry between Singto&Tae! Singto has such amazing eyes, he can melt you with sweetness or anger in a split second! Aaaaaand I'm so in love with Maengmum as always. :3
I can't stand these two guys together anymore, how can it be that they are always so perfect?? T.T I cried all my tears (again!) watching them act in this short video AND in the MV, they are incredible!
Finished! All in all it was a fun watch but nothing more. The plot is trite and the production feels a bit cheap, especially after watching other 2020/2021 thai BL projects. The OST is pretty good and the comedy is fun, even though a bit cringy sometimes.
The worst part to me was the acting, I found the side couple unbearable because the acting was so stretched from both sides... so I ended up fast-forwarding many scenes. And as for the main couple... well, Pond was quite lovely as Mork but Phuwin's Pi didn't grow on me.
And I really didn't get why for Pi it was ok to fall for Nan but not for Mork.
The next two weeks are going to be the most painful wait ever! T.T
Each and every character in this series looks promising, AND is amazingly acted. I must admit I'm breathless whenever Off pops up, I love how he looks with the hair so short, and he's giving such a convincing performance! I also love the fact that the BL vibes are there but they do not steal time/importance out of the main story and the development of the plot.
And btw, the OST is on endless repeat on my iphone since watching ep1.
Loved it! I was expecting something basic just to give us loads of fanservice, but turns out as a fun and well-made series! A bit short, but all the actors had their good moments and the group chemistry was amazing, it felt like a webcam hidden in a house of weirdos. I'll rewatch it for sure when I have some down moments!
Just starting a little discussion here. What do you think of the possibility of the one spotting Pat and Pran…
Honestly I thought it was Pat's dad too, and he probably didn't react because he was too shocked (or angry). And plus, Wai looked way too surprised to see PxP at the end of ep.8 in the theater, so i don't think it was him in the parking lot...
I'm not sure about dramas, but there are some Asian western movies.Japan: Sukiyaki Western Django (2007), Trigun…
While reading this post I realized time flies so fast: I went to the cinema to watch SWD and TGTBTW when they came out.... holy, it was such a long time ago! XD
This movie is incredible. I honestly didn't feel any awkwardness in the second part of the story, not from the age gap and nor from the fact that the girl was basically thrown in the story coming out of nowhere: it was meant to be like that, just like life is... unexpected. This "other Dew" pops up in Phob's grey and dull life and changes everything, just like he did when they were teens.
The second part basically is a crescendo: from the meeting it grows and grows into an amazing finale. Yeah I cried, and a lot. ^^'
Ohm is superb, but all the actors deserve a round of applause.
Please tell me I'm not the only one who keeps watching episode 5 final bits again and again, and starts crying as soon as the first music chords begin playing... XD
Cho wins it all! Best character ever, I would kill to have a friend/lover like him.
All in all I probably liked this sequel more then TWM: the characters are more mature and they are all well-written, and most of all greatly acted. Lots of love and respect to the cast who managed to create natural scenes with zero awkwardness.
I loved how they talked about topics that almost every couple meets in a relationship, so we could relate to each and every character (but not Bright - doc Bright still is a huge NO! for me)... and I especially loved the coming-out scenes of both Knock and Korn, so different but both so overwhelming in opposite ways.
I'm a bit surprised as how this series is rated less then dramas that are way worse in terms of... well, in terms of almost everything. ^^'
Woah... this show keeps on leaving me breathless, I thought it would be a light and fun comedy and here we are with great acting and perfectly shot love scenes!
Ohm was great in HCTM but he's grown so much in these two years, his acting is amazing! And Nanon resonates with him so beautifully! <3
The standard of thai BL is getting better and better...!
This is probably the first series in which I TOTALLY skipped almost each and every scene of a side-couple: for me, Farm&Doc were unbearable from start to finish - unhealthy, toxic, violent, visually mismatched, clingy, bleah and bleah.
BUT, thank God all the other characters saved the game! After watching Manner of Death I jumped to this series and now i definitely understand why everyone's calling MaxTul "the kings". <3
Much love to Faii and Yihwa, they were probably the best thing of this show.
Holy, I definitely loved this one! One of the best dramas (and not only BLs) of 2020/2021. I avoided it up to now because in the poster Tul basically looks like a Thai Eminem and I honestly thought I couldn't stand it. XD
I think everyone already said everything, but: Inspector M is the best man ever! Loved his character and his acting too, hope we get some more screen time for him in the future (2nd series? Spin-off?).
The plot itself would have probably took only two episodes if they resorted to fingerprint analysis... but apart from this, I loved how the BL part was engraved in the story and grew together with it... finally two mature characters who have a normal relationship!
I really hope we can get more BLs (or possibly LGBT stories) in the future set in the "grownup" world.
12 minutes of cute smiles! The 6+6=13 episode was brilliant by the way! :D I think I missed something tho': are these shorts episodes kind of a "teaser" for a future longer series?
I remember being a fan of KAT-TUN and watching a lot of stuff with them :D Tho I started out with Yamapi, and…
I feel you! XD I started with HanaDan when I was reading the manga, then I fell in love with MatsuJun's acting and I started watching his older dramas and realized that many actors were also singers from JPop bands. I fell in love with Arashi members and started bingewatching ALL of their series... at Kisarazu Cats Eyes I realized I was hooked in the drama loop and I started watching basically EVERYTHING with almost EVERY actor. XDDDD
I'm part of that "old wave" of JDrama lovers who was so much in love with "classics" from end 90s, beginning 2000s' dramas. Most of my japanese titles are pre-2006. I think those are still the most famous because somehow they were "precursors" of the asian dramas boom. Basically all the love for asian dramas started from manga fans wanting to get more and starting to watch dramas too (someone said "Hanayori Dango", "Kimi wa Petto", "Hanazakari no Kimitachi he"...?). Then we found out that adaptations of mangas existed in chinese television too ("Mars", or even "Devil Beside You" aka "Akuma de Sourou" am I thinking about you...?) and we started watching everything else that arrived from Asia. And, want to say something about the JPop boom of the 90's/2000s that brought many of us Johnny's fans to watch each and every drama of our beloved idols? XD

Can't wait for the new dramas of 2022. =3
