I'm sorry if I misread your comment. I just don't see the kind of hate you are talking about in the OP's post, at most some annoyance. Personally I think Minato seems very kind and sweet, but probably a bit conflicted about the whole situation (thinking about what his friend said about him never getting together with Aoba if not for the disappearance of Sakura). He wants to do the right thing, but he also knows that it might hurt him. It remains to be seen how he will develop in the drama.
