I didn't read a single news about the show. but i think Ebina wouldn't return as a regular since Endo Kenichi is working on Radiation House 2 and there is no reason to bring Morimoto back except the show's enter its final saga.

1000000% Agree. Also Season 1 second arc is carried by Kondo's redemption story, without that i guarantee people will say that the second season is better.

Sadly, this doesn't age well.

The story is ideal for a 5-6 episode drama. The first half is really boring, unnecessary, and the pace is too slow but the second half is a wild ride. Personally i give it a 7.75 it could be a 9 if they ommit some of unnecessary elements in the drama.

Probably, International fans are disappointed because of the anime style. The humor is good IMO.

This one is a sketch, just like the Anime.

This will 10000% works with an American director with a bunch of B-movie experience. Also agree with you guys that the endgame is rushed.
