Not much angst in the romance department. FL and ML do have differences in opinions (no misunderstandings after they get together, only differences in opinions), but they are never really broken up, more like "taking a break" kind of thing.

This drama also has one of the happiest endings, a whole episode dedicated to the happy ending.

Yup, that I got to know after the reveal, so I have no complaints now lol. Hence in my final comments I said, "The drama is perfect in every literal sense."

For anyone concerned about this drama's future because of XK's "scandal", fear not.

Everything is back to normal, with brands posting XK's photoshoots, and his studio posting his personal photoshoots, they are low-key confirming that XK is cleared off of all the mud thrown against him this past month.

Oh, yes, I am definitely rewatching the drama a few times down the line.

I will have the drama downloaded and saved in my hard-disk (I watched it on iQiyi, but I don't think I will keep the subscription forever) for this reason.

The drama is perfect in every literal sense, and definitely one of the most underrated dramas (not just limiting it to c-dramas, I mean dramas in general) I have ever watched.

I guess this drama page was also spam-rated by the haters. There's no way this drama was rated so low being so soo soooo good.

I guess my only nitpick is that every witness they capture is managing to off themselves right before our leads eyes, and that's frustrating. Haven't they learnt nothing from all previous deaths?

Episode 2 ending was masterfully done. And the rap that accompanies the end credits of the episode was the icing on the cake.

Finally starting this drama. Heard a lot of good things, and I can see why just 10 minutes in.

You know, maybe Xu Kai would love to take a break. These rumours, although he may be innocent, are probably very exhausting and messing with his mental health. It's understandable if he wants to take a break from all of it once this all blows over.
