After watching 4 episodes I decided to drop this one. An unappealing love interest can make a potentially good/great drama unwatchable. Each time I see that pouty and her so called bickering with male lead and that typical default cdrama FL attitude that has been overpromoted, I can't even though I have missed ZRY and this type of drama. It is unfuriating

I just don't like Li Gen Xi and her expressions. Sorry she is miscasted imo

Jiang Ni aka typical plain jane but bubbly and pouting cdrama female lead is the love interest... so if you love her this drama is for you but if like me you can't stand her and her constant pouting and acting style you will suffer the urge to drop a potentially good drama. What were they thinking with that casting ?

I just finished ep 4 and m6 fav part was the one with scholar Lin, the new girl and Xu Feng Nian. I love how he tested scholar Lin and how smart ML is. I think even us would have acted like scholar Lin cause of fear. I also like the silent girl that knows martial. This drama is the definition of not taking things at face value. Some situations are used to uncover others.
