Oh sorry, I thought you watched the whole series already, sorry for spoilers!!!

I would never think that one day my heart would be breaking, watching Sheer going through realisation of all the crimes his mother did. Or when he wanted to touch Mimi one last time, but decided not to - I cried! His last scene with Sun when they attack each other and Sheer lets his sword fall down - in my top-10 scenes of TLB, really.

I am not sure if Sheer is a supporting character because after I finished watching the series he feels like the fifth main lead for me (sorry, Shuyu, need to move you down the list), but he would be my favourite character after four leads, what an emotional ride he gave me!
Langlang is another top favourite, because his actor was actually the reason I wanted to watch TLB, and I am glad he got this small but great part.
I also loved both bickering Shimin's ministers, but Du Ruhui left unforgettable impression for his loyalty and eventual unconditional support for his foster son. I read so many comments on youtube saying that people would never expect to cry for him at the end, but they did.
I loved Yaro, cute and kind boy.
Li Jing, so smart and fun to watch, actor was great.
From really minor characters I also think with warmth about madam Chai who helped Leyan, what a nice woman with tough character :d

I'd say this drama has the best set of secondary characters I've ever encounted, most of them being really good people.

And from evil characters - Lei Meng!!! Omg, he was badass, and his loyalty to Khatun, which was so much similar to the loyalty other men in this drama showed to their women, totally won my heart.

Then voters would need to first make an oath on the bible :D that they are not die-hard fans of any main actor. Otherwise Dilraba +Wu Lei will always win any poll, because they have several times bigger fanbase.
I bet gesun would win anyway, because it's natural for the main couple and because their story is very good , but maybe not with a majority you might hope for.

Well, everyone had their reasons to watch TLB, but for international audience, most of whome are multi-fans unlike chinese fans (who are mostly solo), the main reasons to watch were probably - pretty faces, interesting story, hope for a nice romance? And they undoubtedly got the first :D, as for the second and third - opinions vary.

As during airing time I was an active part of weibo haoyan community, I should disagree a bit. I think that most haoyan fans loved Hao Du more, and took his part of the story with a bit more heart. Many of them were LYN fans, of course. But he gained many new fans because of Hao Du role too.
Also, in the very beginning, when haoyan ship was just small and uncertain, because fans were not sure it was the endgame, someone - tencent probably? - released some big spoilers, like hug after the fight in mv, and then even wedding scene. This gave shippers a lot of fuel, they became very active, created many memes, had a lot of fun - that's why they generated a lot of traffic and were able to supress gesun a couple of times in terms of weibo rankings and hotsearch. They were literally on fire. And at certain moment it didn't matter, whose fans they were. They were just shipping hard, crying for haoyan and being in heaven because of haoyan.
I also don't approve comparison, but it seems that for some people main story indeed was less interesting, and they have the right to mention this, I think? As well as gesun fans have the right to not mention any other characters or couples as if they didn't exist in drama, or write that gesun is the one and only, and the best ever, etc. It's also ok.

Hao Du is a character from manhua, just less important (in the written part).

The statement that "majority of ___ couple fans are fans of the actors" can be applied to all couples. This drama without Dilraba and Wu Lei massive fanbases could be much less watched and appreciated.
But there is still a number of people, who are or were noone's fans when deciding to watch TLB. Or those who watch literally everything. Some of such people liked only gesun, some liked only haoyan, some liked both. Or all couples. And it's ok for me.
I just don't get why under every post about liking haoyan here, there are always kind of "let me teach you life" comments from gesun fans.

Why do we need a poll? It's obvious that there are more gesun lovers, and it's natural, and I don't mind. But denying a large number of those, who liked haoyan more and keep writing it here in the comments, on twitter, on youtube - that's weird. It's just a fact, accept it.

Well, can we then assume that gesun lovers are Dilraba or Leo Wu fans? And where does this lead us?..

I can't believe you still can't believe that haoyan fans are not all Lusi's fans, lol. Some of them, like me, didn't know both actors before TLB. And yet, got hooked. Some are LYN fans, I would even dare to say that most Chinese haoyan fans are from Yuning's fanbase. Some are fans of this trope.
There is not just one reason why many people commenting on this page and worldwide fell in love with haoyan slightly or essentially more than with gesun, and there is nothing weird in that, really.
Also, second couples stories quite often feel more... focused? If you cut them, you have a ~2-4 hours story, where characters go through reasonable quantity of ups and downs, and reach satisfying finale, this attracts people too.

Yeah, at the point of HDvsSheer duel the audience was already not hating Sheer, it was also logical that HD would be slightly better in swords, but worse in barehanded fight. The only thing which I would want to see is more kicks from HD side before he started to lose. It's also logical and beautiful that he gains strength for one last attempt from Leyan. And I love the moment when he appears behind Sheer, his face covered in blood and he smiles like a wild animal.
I think Sun was worried about Sheer, they showed his face ones, and for me he looked worried :D
I like that while we know who is going to win in both fight scenes, they actually play quite different and bring different emotions.

Second couple also gave me slightly more feels, idk if it's because of acting, chemistry or decent dialogues, but at the same time I find first couple's development refreshing and unique. They avoided really many cliches. But at certain point their relationship line became too plain, it would be nice to have more emotional peaks in ep 40-49, and something special at the very end, which I feel many people needed, and that's why the ending causes some frustration.

FL got old and died 2 times (as of ep 18). They don't show her getting old, but there is a visualisation of time passing. Also, during three lifetimes while Dragon King keeps his promise to guard FL's friend, FL's soul can't be taken to fix that net. I think :D Many things indeed don't have much sense.

After watching some dramas you just start to have this feeling, you know!(

I liked him the moment I saw him, but I also felt back then, that he would probably die, and I was waiting and waiting... and when I started to think he was going to make it, BAM. (( He was funny and also kind and caring. Very nice character.

I totally didn't expect to fall for second lead so much in "Miss the dragon"! The visuals, the acting! Very good.
Also, I hope "My Centenarian Sweetheart" airs this year too, I was gonna watch it anyway because of the main lead, but now I have two reasons!

Thanks! I am just confused about qq and xqx meetings. If qq stays with ML all the time and lives an average 70+ years life with her, it's still about 200+ days up there for xqx. And how does qq herself feels time flow, it seems that for her they meet like every other day.
... I guess, I am thinking too much :D
