Wow. The Superhero thing is not my genre. It got oversaturated here in the states. This is so NOT that. Well written, well acted, and always surprising and unpredictable. Filled with great character development to go along with A level stunts and action. A pleasant surprise, and half way through the season, Moving is in the running to be my favorite Kdrama of the year. I’ve avoided comments to give the series a fair shake but it has a lot to pull together for a satisfying finale. Fans of relentless action my be disappointed. This one is striking more of a balance.

I actually got an apology from someone who mistook my comments as promoting a queer stereotype. That was classy. There is hope.

Did you notice the “Trust the Police” lines embedded throughout. That’s so opposite almost cops, are portrayed on US TV. Like in Korea, even the best and most heroic are portrayed with flaws or are corrupt.

You made my day. There’s a season 2. Yay! That’s awesome. Your review is spot on. This show and Someday or Some Way are quite possibly my fave dramas ever as good or better than the best I’ve seen in the states

I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. In addition to the leads and mask guy, I thought the actors who played the cops were truly outstanding. In addition to the senior detective the woman who played the station commander was excellent. Understated and believable. I can’t get any of my friends here in the states to watch it. Their aversion to subtitles costs them in my opinion.

Oh T give it a chance. First ep was pretty good. Make room in your heart for “ I Feel You Linger in the Absoulute Luminous Solution and Be My Favorite Until We Meet Again”

This show feels like a story. Most Thai BL feels like an industry machine these days

I saw the boyhood cover. Maybe a language issue with the props people? But keen eye on the continuity glitch. Unless there’s something about that video store connected past and present?

Oh my goodness. I feel like it’s Nov 2019 and I just watched the first episode of UWMA on Line TV . I’ve been waiting for years for a BL story like this. (Not time travel. But a good cry) Grab the tissues here we go. Studio Wabi Sobby is jerkin those tears again. I approve of ep one’s slow burn to sorrow.

And in fact many of the shirt shedding buff so-called manly men in the real BL world are bottoms. It’s almost it’s own stereotype. Except on BL TV series.

You wrote the review I would have written. Both male leads knew how to act with their eyes. This is a change of pace and about as subtle as Thai BLs get. Or anything Thai gets for that matter.
