I swear every week this show gets better and better. I don't know how it does it. This is definitely going to go down as one of my absolute favourites. The end of episode 13 had me crying. Han Dongjin and Sim Woojoo deserve to be happy together ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. I hope Dongjin handing over the will is a good enough reason for the family to look past him being Heeja's son. (well, really it's mostly the mum and Hyesung who have a problem with it). At this point in time Dongjin probably hates Heeja the most. He's suffered enough at the hand of his mother, like Woojoo said to her mum on the phone he shouldn't suffer anymore and he deserves to live a comfortable life from now on (with Woojoo I must add). I'm hoping the show will end with Dongjin quitting his job (sorry, Sunwoo) and going camping around the country with Woojoo by his side. Lastly, Hyesung if you want to move, then move by yourself!!! This isn't time to be the big sister.
Completely agree, there hasn't been anything that's really hooked me since maybe extraordinary attorney woo. But…
Tbh i don't pay too much attention to currently airing kdramas. For such situations, i would just suggest watching kdramas from previous years if you haven't already gone through all the good ones lol
Well, the description isn't everything. Trust me, it's a happy ending. It's when it's a happy ending that episode…
Haha. Wow, you're very busy. I've been watching it weekly since ep1-2. Do you have any good cdrama and jdrama recommendations? I've been wanting to explore dramas from other countries.

I agree. There haven't really been many signs to suggest it will end badly. Just that there will be alot of heartbreak when the truth is revealed. If this happens in the two episodes, then we wpuld still have episodes 15-16 to salvage the situation. I highly doubt the writers would end the story with Dongjin living in misery. But i do have some doubts that it will be a sad ending for them. Right now, i'm 80% sure it will be a happy ending. We'll see. I wish the whole show could just be released. The wait is too much. I completely whizzed through ep11-12. They felt way too short.
Ahh. that's amazing news. (I'm going to hold you to that when the last two eps air loll). I predict that ep 13-14 will have the most heartbreak and hopefully 15-16 will be about Woojoo and Dongjin finding their way back to each other (with a possible timeskip)!!
Ngl, I thought the biggest obstracle is how Dongjin will receive the news and how much of a betrayal he may deem it as for Woojoo to be lying/hiding the truth from him this whole time. He already said he was cautious in starting new relationship because he doesn't want to get hurt. Honestly, don't think anyone would particularly blame Dongjin for his step-mom's actions, especially given that each family member has met him now and can see for themselves that he is a good man. The only person I can taking issue with it is Woojoo's mom but even then I think she would come around eventually as she has seen with her own eyes how much he cares for her daughter which I hope means more to her than the fact that he is Heeja's son.
This drama never disappoints with every episode. Somehow feel that episode 13, 14 going to be very sad & break…
So true. The last scene of episode 12 was definitely giving the calm before the storm vibes. There will be no more smiles 😔 until maybe the last two episodes. It really would be a crime!! If it happens then I will be taking a very very long haitus from all romance related kdramas. I haven't witnessed too enough dissapointing endings this past year. It's too much loll
So so good ! The acting is top-notch. I really like all the cast.I'm a little bit worried with all Woo Joo's lies…
Honestly, Woojoo has had time and opportunity to tell Dongjin the truth. I think she believes it's too late to tell him the truth and is hoping she can just brush it all under the carpet. She doesn't want to be the one to break his heart once again especially after all he has been through and with the knowledge of his mom being his weakness. (I felt soo bad for him when his mom insisted on staying at his house with no notice. He shouldn't have to endure all that and take care of her. She is incredibly toxic and it soo was uncomfortable watching her justify asking his ex for money all those years). The ending scene made me soo anxious that Heeja would suddenly barge in the middle of the singing cos she has somehow tracked Dongjin down. Can somone please arrest her loll. That is the only way I see her being out of Dongjin's life. Woojoo needs to start speaking up. The longer she keeps quiet the bigger the blowout. I'm really not looking forward to it at all. She has told tooo many lies and already people are starting to piece things together themselves. At this rate, Woojoo will not be the one to spill the beans. I feel like maybe her mom or on of her siblings will contact Heeja's son (Dongjin) to find out how to get the house back and that's when all will be revealed. I feel like mom may already know that Woojoo is still hiding something so when she says she is going home the next day, I think she will be doing her own investigations or even follow Woojoo. As for the ending, I really hope it is a happy one for both Dongjin's and Woojoo's sake. They are sooo adorable and want to see more scenes of them together where Woojoo isn't worried that her secret is going to revealed. I also want her to feel more relaxed. She bottles too much in!!
Agreed. I'm also confused on his part. At first i thought, there relationship was strictly platonic and i loved…
Agreed. It's very confusing. I personally don't think that Woojoo and Joon have dated. It probably was a facade to please his parents like he did with Hyesung but he couldn't use Woojoo as an excuse for not going on the blind dates so he used Hyseung instead. I think Woojoo just accepts it because deep down she knows what she is doing is somewhat wrong and if she does pursue things further with Dongjin then he should prob be made aware of the situation. In a way, because she trusts Joon and he is the only one who knows the truth he is her voice of reason. My main concern at the moment is that it's too far down the line that Dongjin will see the truth as a betrayal by Woojoo, which will lead to a break up and then possible time skip.
does anyone geht the relationship between Yoon Joon and Woo Joo? I cannot understand why he is so upset. Is he…
Agreed. I'm also confused on his part. At first i thought, there relationship was strictly platonic and i loved it for being just that. They're good as friends. Then he started acting protective and a little possessive and that got me thinking he might have some underlying romantic feelings for her. My take is at first he was against it because Dongjin is her step-mom's son, who she hates. Realistically, it would just be very messy if she got involved with him. Now, I think he is against it because he may have liked her since high school but never faced his feelings before. He has mentioned that hasn’t been interested in dating anyone, and i guess he thought she was on the same page( in terms not being interested in romantic relationships) so didn't feel the need to do anything about his feelings. He has probably got comfortable with where their relationship was befor Dongjin. His protectiveness and jealously started oozing out during Woojoo's confession which suggests it was more than a concerned "brother" speaking to her. I don't think he is in love with Woojoo or anything. Now, he has to face whatever he feels for her as she becomes less and less available and ngl he is becoming a bit of a jerk. In summary, I think he likes both sisters. At the start he liked Woojoo more since their best friends, but now as he gets closer to Hyesung he will start to like her more romantically and his possible feelings for Woojoo will cease to exist. There is a moment where he is talking to his mom and says, almost as a joke, that he needs to figure which sister he likes, but i think he actually meant it seriously.
Exactly i was wondering about that too. We know she is sick but she still could've let someone handle the legal…
Tbh i don't think Woojoo asked her aunt to bail her out of jail. The aunt did because she was fairly close to the situation and was probs made aware of her arrest.
