Okay so if the video is deepfake why hasn't the real Zhang Zehan debunked it already? This is just common sense, which seems like very uncommon to me.

From Sanjian's writings i have grown rather find of him, he has depth, wisdom, insight, kindness i don't think a false person pretending to be someone can write this well, and being disappointed that you have been supporting a faker is better then being guilty of not supporting the real person. If Zhang Zehan confirms it is indeed his account that account would be shut down, common sense, but some people won't believe unless it is confirmed, it's okay, i believe in Sanjian. I trust my intuition. In mainland it seems like an open secret though, that Sanjian account is his, casting doubts only benefits his haters. Sanjian is not harming ZZH in anyway, day by day Sanjian is gaining followers and his account has been a trending account.

I have read the articles, they are really super long winded essays about Movies books and such, the reference to fake friends is made only once, among the millions of lines he has written only 3-4 which may or may not be GJ, the rest are just very perceptive observations, no matter who is writing the person is very intelligent with a good sense of humour, the tone of the essays is personal, several times referenes to personal life was made, like prefering playing to studying, and the words of mother passing through ears like a ball through a hoop, i do see it as a person sharing their intimate thoughts, it contains details from life, like a dear friends love story who is suffering from a serious disease which lead his gf to break up with him, but ultimately led to reconnecting with his first love and his true soulmate, details like his seating position in their wedding has been verified by detective fans who went through the trouble of digging his old pics, same fans found him wearing a shirt that ZSJ wears in his guitar playing clip. i don't think he is whining about his friend, i guess maybe he just wants for fans/shippers to stop living with illusions already. hence i think it might be really him. He has a habit of sharing recommedations too, in the past he has made Neil Gaiman a bestseller in China, so sharing recommendations is consistent with his personality.
so unless it is someone with an IQ of 200, who can fake so many details so cleverly and fool the entire internet without leaving any evidence it has to be ZZH himself.

edit - The ZSJ account has wide reach, and its a trending account in wechat, that means more and more people are taking it seriously and are aware of it, if it was someone masquerading as ZZH someone close to him or he himself would have debunked and exposed them, ZZH wouldn't let someone else pose as him.

I was the person who posted this comment on YouTube and fb, and my conclusion is that, he is indeed Zhang Zehan and the arguements from another side don't carry weight.

This thread is Hillarious, if you have actually had the background of the movie, Satoh Takeru is acting like the Real Life Hishashi who was a Shy and Introverted person, He was an ordinary man, he was not a roguish Shoujou Prince with his his army of admirers, who meets a poor Girl and boom firecrackers, Sato Takeru put a lot of work on imitating his mannerisms, body language, he was perfectly awkward. Tao was sick for most of the movie and he is acting like a devoted lover, he is a nurse to her, after she wakes up, she does not remember him, he is a stranger to her, it's not Boys over flowers, where they bicker like immature children. Not all romance are same, and it's not that kind of romance.
If you want to see chemistry you should see their stage events, where she dresses up as a bride and he is leading her, you guys will proclaim there is no Chemistry between the actual real life couple on whom the film is based, because there aren't firecrackers.
