Thanks for this, I was trying to look for the exact chapters without reading the entire novel, I’m not actually interested in the novel because I find the ML in the novel too sadistic… and I don’t really feel or get any love feelings going on. Lol. I noticed that too… the whole blood thingy was takeeennn wayyyyyy overboard in these few episodes… why did they do so much of it and so frequently… 🤔
Ah…. I see.. but he is really getting smaller and smaller. You can see the changes from his dramas over the yrs…. I was shocked in the first episode, I truly thought he was physically going to break. It took me like maybe 15-20 episodes to get used to his really emaciated look. Luckily Bai Lu is also small. Hope he’d have the time to get well soon.
The 7-tailed fox actress is really pretty…. She seriously suits the role.
And I have to say as much as this drama is superb amazing and totally deserving of the MDL 8.9 rating so far….. Leo Luo looks reaaaalllllyyyy emaciated… I swear in the first episode, his skin had like a grey-ish tone, like you can even see that with all the thick foundation they put on him. I mean thin is fine but…….. 😳😳😳 it’s actually kinda scary looking.

Yea, it’s super rare… I thought it’d be very trope-ey, cliched, recycled…. esp with the whole 3 arc thingy… and the whole devil and god/fairy kinda thing. Supporting cast is really important… esp with so many episodes…
Complex is the right word to describe it. And in like a metaphorical way, it kinda is how the world is today….
Wow… this is so good. 😮😮😮 Like the plot is so much more unique and creative versus Love between Fairy and Devil… damns, and I gave in again and started before the entire drama is completed, I’m so going to regret it soon. Sighssss…
The CGI is good though I find they’ve overused it at times i.e the fighting scenes, and the supporting cast is solid… really surprised by the plot…. (At least so far, truly hope it doesn’t deteriorate as it progresses….) The dream thing really reminded me of Eternal Love of Dream but the storyline here is more sensible and the progression was a lot smoother.
Would like to say the whole Miao Luo character, esp the actress is amazing… specifically in comparison to all the 3WL antagonists… like it’s real… even with all the CGI nowadays. And Vengo Gao as DiJun is….. superb spot on esp after reading the novel….

I found some clues… lol. He admitted it himself. I think he’s more towards the “typical”/“standard” guy… he said he’s actually super different from all the good guy roles he played, and thus he feels really sorry towards his parents.. because for one he isn’t that filial.. and he isn’t exactly sucha kind and gentle bf like all the roles he has played. He said, I’m not the type who likes to read books during my free time 🤣🤣🤣 well, I am impressed he shed light to some truth…
I’ve been totally trying to find out wot the actual webtoon plot is…. Only bits and pieces from comments below thanks to some members…. I tried Googling to no avail, only 11 chapters were available in English… and those were almost exactly like the TV series.

It sounds like a lot of things (except the CSAT) also happened in the webtoon but for some weird reason the drama just made it a lot more extreme.

I wonder why they changed the TV series to something so extreme. Not only that apparently there is no strong focus of CSAT in the webtoon…..? The whole CSAT thing…… I mean I know suicide rates are high in S.Korea and education is also a very crazy thing like some developed Asian countries. But the whole CSAT thing was kinda inserted weirdly here. And even the narration at the end makes me go ?!?! I mean I totally get that he found no meaning in CSAT and going to college, but the reason behind it was so….. lame….? I don’t know, just super poor screenwriting.
Everything is just magically solved and back to normal. Chi Yeol even mentioned how absurd that is considering…
It is very absurd, even his revelation is was also absurd… like wth.. the warm of friends bit really made me roll my eyes. That was super random. Why did they end the show on like a depressing note. I don’t really get it…
Sighs, why did they do this to the last 4 episodes. It had so much potential… I thought the prisoners bit was brilliant… but that’s about the only thing that was brilliant about it… like the whole lying thing….. I don’t know, I kinda get it but also….. don’t really fancy the notion of it. Sighs, they could have ended with a bang for the last 4 episodes… though it would have required some serious good screenwriting after killing off Lee Chun Ho.
