Maybe the actors have good chemistry, but you shouldn’t want somebody like Da On to end up with such a toxic and abusive person. This whole comment section is full with comments of people telling you why this is not a good idea!

I just have to say after watching When it rains it poors, where we get a not even 10 sec end scene with the happy couple. Getting to see Da On and Seong be lovey dovey for over 10 minutes is really nice to see. I’ll give a bigger review once I’m calmed down a bit.

To me that after credit scene just showed that Seong met Da On earlier and first and not like how Jaemin was claiming, he was first. It felt like just a stranger helping a person in need. Some have called it destiny, which I also like, but I truly believe it was just one person helping another.

No this was to show, that Da On and Seong met each other earlier, 12 years to be exact. Some say it was destiny that they ended up together. Seong was just somebody passing by, probably on his way home from school, when Da On collapsed. He was just helping a stranger, who was in need. But for is viewers, we get to see it as Seong met Da On first instead of what Jaemin claimed.

I loved how when he told Da On to go to Dubai, the sun started to shine upon his face, making it glow.

It could’ve worked if both Jaemin and Hyeon were healthy people but we both know that not to be true. They would’ve never “shared” Da On. That was the whole reason for that contract, so both couldn’t have Da On. But as a polyamorous person I do agree, it would’ve looked good and probably been good, if both men had been healthy and open to polyamory.

Why are you saying Su Hyeon is not as bad as Jaemin, while he has shown you he is just as bad? What because they had some sweet couple of moments in high school? The guy is a bomb waiting to go of, what you think physical assault, SA and all threats of him killing Seong are just not that bad? Su Hyeon isn’t keeping Da On save, he’s adding to a unsafe environment and situation! If he was keeping Da On safe he would at least be interested in what is happening in Da On his life. I don’t understand this need to classify one as less bad!

I didn’t think that card was from Da On, felt more like Jaemins. I feel like it was in the order of which they were standing in front of the window. I think Su Hyeon wrote “please make us happy”, Da on wrote “May we all be happy” and I think Jaemin wrote “May we be together until the moment we leave this world”. That last card has a, I don’t know but it felt like it was kind of ominous, it felt obsessive to me. Can you explain why you think Da On wrote it?

Or like Kate, a bit further down the comments, said he’s planning to commit murder and suicide. Because honestly he is that deranged, you could already see it on the Christmas cards in the tree. The first two were normal wishes, the third felt kind of disturbed and creepy.

Revamp is directed by New, I hate to say it but that an accident waiting to happen. I have already lowered my expectations for that one, not because Boun or Prem. But New hasn’t done such a good job with his latest 3/4 series, he’s directed.

I saw some say that they think Jaemin is letting go of Da On so he couldn’t possibly be the one who kidnapped Da On. But the thing is these types of people only escalate further, never will they back down, never de-escalate. Because in their mind their “prey” (for lack of a better word) is already theirs, they own it. (Jaemin has made that clear throughout the series) Only thing Jaemin learned from hurting himself is that Da On is unfazed by it, yes he was shocked and traumatized but not enough to stay and wait for him in the hospital. Only thing Jaemin now knows is that he needs to take bigger actions. In my opinion, him calling Da On and making it seem like he is giving up on Da On, is being used by him, so that Da On will let his guard down around Jaemin. Him kidnapping Da On would fit in the picture of him needing to take bigger actions and further escalating.

Even if he didn’t kidnap Da On, he has shown that there are no excuses for his behavior, long before this episode.

Some of the people responding don’t know or don’t realize it, but the moment you start cutting if a toxic relationship or a toxic (abusive) person, is in fact the most dangerous time for said person. Because the abuser is losing control and will do anything to get that control back. But seeing your career background, you’ll know this. When I left my ex I was so scared, I left in the end of November and until March I would get anonymous phone calls during the day, late at night, early in the morning. I live in a country where you drive from one end to the other in two hours, so i felt like he could easily have done something. Thankfully it stayed with only those phone calls. I took me 3 or 4 tries to get out, finally with the last time I told myself never again, 4 years before I ended the relationship I knew I was in a toxic and abusive relationship. Out 6,5 years.

As a Polyamorous person, I had that exact same thought, if only the other two were healthy and sane people, this could have worked and they probably had opened their arms for Seong (if he was into that)

And Da On might still held out on some hope to have his friend of 7 years back. To have it all be a misunderstanding or some kind of mental break.

I’m thinking they have done it together, Jaemin asked Da On to come to the garage. Did you notice it was the same house they were celebrating Christmas at. I don’t know I don’t think Jaemin will let go that easily knowing Su Hyeon is going after Da On again. In the end it’s about who “owns” Da On, it’s about control.

Edit: Though after finishing the episode I think that maybe Su Hyeon is planning something else, maybe something that has got to do with the company and Da On. Jaemin is giving all the feelings of leaving and not coming back. Nobody would question it if he isn’t been seen in awhile, especially if he has told people he is leaving.

I’m just barely 7 minutes in but seriously for anybody who still wants to have Su Hyeon be together with Da On, I’m questioning your sanity! And no the excuse well his upbringing did this, his parents or Jaemin caused this, just doesn’t count anymore! He is the one who is now casually asking Jaemin to team up, so that they can have Da On instead of that “basterd Ju Seong Hyeon”!

You make me curious as to why.

I absolutely loved Cupids last Wish? When I just started watching BL’s I came across the bts of the scene where the characters were fighting after the will was read. Where Mixx was yelling, Earth was crying and cut was called. I saw Earth knees buckle and he started to cry and how Mixx had to actually leave the room to cool off. At that point I had no idea who these actors were, I also didn’t know the name of the series, but I knew I was impressed. I kind of forgot the video after that, for some while because I hadn’t had any friends who also watched BL yet, so nobody I could really ask. After I think 3/4 months I asked my friends (who by then I had found), I explained the scene I had seen and they pointed me to the series. And I just loved every minute of it, it was hilarious. Mixx acting out getting his character sisters period, I had moments that I just couldn’t stop laughing.

It was kind of the same way with 1000 stars where I saw the bts of Mixx collapsing because of the cold and Earth crying. Later I connected the dots that those were the same actors.
