Started this over the weekend and am 4 episodes deep. A couple things...
- Coming off Baby-Faced Beauty recently, it's cute to see Daniel Choi and Jang Na Ra at each other's throats here. Great casting, since these two play off each other really well, romance or no.
- Thus far, Hyo Young is my favorite "new" actor in the show (meaning, an actor/actress I haven't yet seen in anything, personally). Perhaps it's because she's younger than her costars, but she brings a buoyancy to her role that is missing in the other student characters. Plus, I love the tomboy haircut and attitude.
- Watching this alongside W, I sure am seeing a lot of LJS getting bloodied up. He does action well, though, as both shows prove. However, I had no idea that this was Lee Jong Suk's first ever Main Role in a 16-episode drama. Considering Doctor Stranger was my 3rd-ever drama, I just finished W, and Pinocchio is one of my all-time favorites, this feels pretty awesome to be able to go back to and see early LJS.
- Not particularly impressed with Park Se Young's acting so far, as she feels a bit like a female Jung Gyu Woon (ie, one facial expression the whole time). However, knowing that she is 25 and playing a 16/17 year old high school student is impressive, since I completely believe that she's a teenager here. She's one of the oldest actors playing a student in the whole show.

Shout out to the special effects work here, yes. I still don't know how they did the "fading in/out limbs" thing unless it was with hours upon hours of rotoscope work.
Its a mistake for HHJ to take OHY character on W. This drama made her look like she is lacking as an actress but…
I actually felt like Hyo Joo's obvious talent was extremely plain to see, especially in earlier episodes when they gave her a lot of really interesting scenes. The scene early on when she explains to Kang Cheol that she's a fan of his and wants to see his life have a happy ending... THAT is good acting.
I agree, though, that fell off towards the end when she was mostly just a spectator.
She Should Be In Main Role Sooner Or Later Because She's A Great Actress!!! She's Pretty!!!
She was Main Role in High School King of Savvy, and quite good, too. She's mislabeled as "Supporting" on the MDL page for that drama, but I've already submitted a request to fix that.
Finished this drama this afternoon, in just 7 days. That's the fastest I've ever binged a drama. I give it a 9.5 and proudly put it in my Top 3 Romantic Comedies of All Time list. Check out my full review if you want to know why.

Lee Min Jung.... man..... just...... I got nothing. Words fail me.
Something about Lee Min Jung makes my heart go pitter-patter. Like, a lot.
