I hate Seo Woo and feel like she needs to take some responsibility for the fact that she's unliked. She expects…
More like "she expects too much and doesn't give ANYTHING", right? It seems like every single time she is in a scene with either Yoon Do or Ji Hong, she is just demanding something from them. "Do this for me, do that for me. Me me me MEEEE MEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"
Park Shin Hye is honestly carrying the whole show by herself. She is brilliant here and her character is really…
This show grabbed me almost entirely because KRW's character was so unique and refreshing. An intelligent leading man who is emotionally self-aware, cheerful, and fiercely devoted? In a sea of leading man idiots who don't know their own hearts, who behave like school children around a crush, and who treat their leading ladies poorly 'in the name of love', I would say this Hong Ji Hong is anything but "bland and boring".
Am I the only one who don't really find Yoon-do that charming?I was already uncomfortable with him when he was…
You are not alone! Right now, Yoon Do is a character with no backstory who is aggressively impolite and arrogant, who acts like his thoughts/feelings/existence are better and more important than those around him. And that's it. Besides being a total coward, that's all we get of him.
And yet everyone loves him because they don't see anything other than Mu Hyul when they look at him. Can't blame them, though, since there's so little character there it's easy to project another one onto him.
8.7 score. wow . How come someone give this crap of drama that big of score. I gave it generous score of 6. This…
I'll agree that the story here is pretty bad, but there's more to any drama than just the story, and City Hunter at least does those other things pretty well.
Ok, so it looks like everyone experiencing SLS here are all, without exception, Six Flying Dragons fans. That makes more sense, considering Yoon Gyung San's character here has done effectively nothing besides be accidentally funny.
Well, I finished this a week ago and gave it a 7.5/10. Overall, the first half of Birth of a Beauty is like a 9 and the second half is like a 4.5. My full review is up if anyone is interested in more details.
Am I the only one who wants her to get with yoon do? I feel like there isn't much chemistry between shinhye and…
Love the chemistry between Hye Jung and Ji Hong. There's really nothing at all between her and Yoon Do. Seriously, nothing. He's just a cranky, arrogant person with no story or personality. He walked in on a guy holding a knife to her and literally tried to run away. Hardly romantic leading man material.
I came here for PSH (she's awesome here) but KRW grabbed me immediately. His character here is so different for kdrama!
And yet everyone loves him because they don't see anything other than Mu Hyul when they look at him. Can't blame them, though, since there's so little character there it's easy to project another one onto him.
I'll agree about You're Beautiful, though.
