I decided to watch Bad Guy on a whim. It had been sitting in my queue for a long time and i kept looking at the poster undecided "to watch or not to watch". When i initially started i was going to start off with 1 or 2 episodes but the beginning caught me immediately. By the time i realized it was a late hour i was on episode 5. The back story is what initially caught me, the sad setup for a revenge that was well deserved. The main actor, Kim Na Gil, plays a dark and angry character who trust no one and fools every person he meets, when i say he is amazing it's an understatement. His unjust childhood that he could never forget was a horror story that haunted him his entire life. The mother in the story made the best villain, not only were her evil actions selfish and devilish her snide remarks were gut wrenching and tormented the second lead; she meant everything she said and never regretted any of her actions. It is a sad story in the end because the truth literally destroyed a mans life and affected those close to him. This is a great revenge drama, so if you love revenge plots this is one for you. The romance is minimal because they focus on revenge and you know love and revenge don't mix, someone is always left crying.
