I love how they used the book "Everyday" in episode 15 which holds same idea as the drama of a person changing…

No, the story is self-contained. No need to watch the other drama.
Thank You!

Jun Mi never took advantage of Run Yu, never, he did everything on his own accord and there is a big difference…
I know, it never happened to me before, people got angry because I did not like the female character. If you check what I wrote, I have never disrespected to any user. But I checked the other comments and they were horrible things making fun of other users, they reminded me of the movie 'Mean Girls', but more like Key Warriors. You guys should check the MyDramaList RULES (https://mydramalist.com/discussions/support/28845-guidelines-formatting-and-writing-articles) . This is also my last comment in this toxic comment section. Happy Drama Time, bye!

With the popularity of xianxia novels and dramas lately, I think it's best to label xianxia genres as just that…
Oh thanks for the info i tought everything was Wuxia. So Ice Fantasy, Eternal Love and this one are Xianxia.

Jun Mi never took advantage of Run Yu, never, he did everything on his own accord and there is a big difference…
She did, when she cameback wounded in her feets and hands, after the River thing, and yes she agreed to marry him and then rejected him, and then she told him in Episode 54 (26:40 - The DVD-60 episode in Viki [My viki profile https://www.viki.com/users/johysb2uty/overview]) "then, let's get married", and RY wasn't even asking at that moment.
In general you think this show is a 10, i think is 8.5, the real rating is 9, so i'm closest to the avarege raiting, this show is entertaining, but like i said is not my taste, i expressed that I do not like the female character and you feel offended (why? she killed a close friend that loves her), not everyone likes popular shows, so if China likes it, it does not mean that I like it. I respect everyone's opinion, but you are sayining that i'm wrong, i think you are biased, but it's ok we all have our favorite dramas. I do think that the main couple has a great chemistry i would love to see them in another drama. Hugs!

Really she willingly followed him instead of being locked up... maybe you’re still too engrossed with TMOPB…
Maybe you should respect that not all the people like the same things, if you are happy with this drama good, be happy. I'm agree with the original comment.

Please read she didn't ask to RY anything, i said that she call him, because she did call him in the mortal arc, and i never say that she asked something to him, i was saying: "then again go to another place to ask help like the Flower Kingdom or ask to Puchi", my point is why go back to RY house? If she apears dying or wounded of course he is going to help her. If you are not agree with what i'm saying you can just skip my comment. IDK what episode she calls RY and i won't search because like a said before i won't rewatch this drama. Thanks for the reply, huggs.

Title Ashes of Love Spoiler

What? This is my appreciation:
1. Jin Mi stays in the house of a man that loves her (but she don't love him) Of course she isn't using him she just stays there because yes, he probably has servants that she won't, and who wouldn't want a palace just for her? This is SO WRONG if you don't love him just go back to your home, and at that moment she didn't have the pill in her body.
2. If she is woundend then again go to another place to ask help, like the Flower Kingdom or ask to Puchi or whatever, why go back to the other man's place? So Run Yu should let her die, when she was wounded? Of course nobody asked him, but that what she want it
3. Like you said Jin Mi didn't reject Run Yu until episode 45, why? She did reject Xu Feng 7 times before and why not reject Run Yu?
The answer is simply she was playing with his feelings, she didn't reject him, she always comes to him, and even stayed in his home. Isn't that using a person?
But of course in this drama a lot of characters are using others not only Jin Mi but the others did the same, so i guess is a normal day in immortals life.

Agree, that last battle was SO GREAT, it was too short but i really liked. Also for me Eternal Love better than this drama by far.

She did used him, everytime she was weak or wounded she passed out near Run Yu or call him so Run Yu has to heal her, she even asked to marry her (without the pill thing), so she was using him to forget Xu Feng and then she complaints that he was the only using her, i'm sorry but i didn't like her character, i can't say that everything about her was bad but in general she didn't deserve to live, she even generate a WAR, she causes a war, and then she stopped the fight, and then she is a savior LOL. And of course Run Yu was the bad one, what he was doing is what all the bad guys do in the dramas, manipulate the others so they can take everything they want.
For me the main characters aren't likeable, the drama is entertaining, but somehow dissapointing, with all those good comments i was expecting a little more romance, action or fantasy than tragedy, but at the end i can't do anything about it.

Title Ashes of Love Spoiler
Now this drama has some great parts, but this is my raiting:
1. They show the story of most of the main and second characters, they aren't just the 2-D characters that you see in every Wuxia out there, they show the growing and the struggles in their life. I really loved how they show the 'evils' doubting about what they were doing. 10/10
2. The final war scene was probably my favorite scene in the whole drama, too bad that it was only half of an episode, but really well done. 10/10
3. The actors really have a great chemistry (all of them) the good ones, the bad ones, the small parts one, etc. Really great casting 10/10
4. The music is perfect, specially the ending song i'm still obsessed with that OST. 10/10
5. The plot boring as hell, the first part was cute but boring. The human part was boring but necessary so Jin Mi could mature, and thanks to the Moon Immortal their story has a 'happy' part (Just because the Red thread). Second part of the drama (Since episode 28 and Su Li's story) was better, still some boring parts and an only few scenes between the leads, in fact as the Deity of Fire and Immortal Jin Mi they were only 'happy couple' in 1 episode, dissapointing. So: Romance 5/10 (And the 5 is just because Mu Ci and the Deamon Princess, because between the leads 2/10); General plot 7/10 (some parts were good like the side stories, but the main story is a big NO)
6. The costumes and sets were good, Xu Feng costume in the Deamon World is hella Sexy, and that Mu Ci guy was so hot. 10/10
7. The characters (The Big Problem), Jin Mi (she is dumb because her mother want it that way), so i understand that she has no feelings, but kill someone that is close to you is another thing, my least favorite character, i wanted her to die about three times for what she did, a cynical character, not only kill her master, but also take adventage every time that she want of the Run Yu. The WORST female lead that i have seen in a Wuxia (i haven't seen that many this is my 7th wuxia) 4/10. Xu Feng the heroic and brave Fire Deity, he was rejected many times by Jin Mi (More than 7 times) and still keeps insisting, what was the difference in the first part of the drama with the Night Deity? He was the main character. Dude she already rejected 5 times, why you keep insisting? Anyway in the second part he was the dumb, at the end he destucted Jin Min, what a nice character 7/10. Run Yu, he was ok, at the first part really cute, but boring, they show his change, ends up as a psycho, It helped to destroy Ji Min, but end up winning. WTG. 7/10
The side characters were better: Princess Deamon (9/10), Mu Ci (8/10), Moon Immortal (9/10), Snake Yan Yu (10/10). I also liked the bad ones the Empress, the Emperor, Sui He, the deamon kings, etc.
Now for me is more important the main plot and the characters so i'm really surprised with the raiting of this drama, when i read the sypnosis of the drama i tought OMG i have to watch this look all this comments praising the drama, they even make comparisons with other great Wuxias. So i went to watch the drama. I must be turning into a SNOB. The two main characters are only happy: 1. When they are NOT gods (they are mortals-or at least for two episodes or one of them isn't a Deity) 2. When is one-sided love 3. For least that two episodes in the second part of the drama (When they return to the immortal world and after the wedding in the Deamon World).
So if you like unsatisfactory dramas, you can watch this drama, because they aren't happy during the WHOLE drama, is not just one arc are all of them ¿Happy momments? Don't worry about that they are so little that it won't be a problem.
Not really my kind of drama, Rewatching value 0/10.
My Whole raiting 8.5/10
Did it play with my feelings? Not really. Did i survive? Yes, i'm so dissapointed with this drama that i can move on to my next one.

Thank you for your answer =) I'm agree with you about the ending. The ending scene was done to think it could be a happy or a sad ending so i think that part was well done for what i think the writers want. But the whole episode was rushed, in fact the last 6 episodes were rushed, they should cut some of the middle episodes and let the ending with a couple of ep more, but well in general the drama is really good, i loved the main couple and some side characters, the bad ones were my favourites (Liu Yi Jun what a great bad guy), the plot, the costumes, the music. I still prefer some other wuxias, but this one is really good.

Title Legend of Fu Yao Spoiler

I went to weibo and check some of the coments and post and yes and no, they say that they won a lifetime together (maybe in the next life). This isn't just about what their saying, is everything:
I went to watch the last episode on Viki too, and is almost the same traslation.
So let's assume that some things are missing with the traslation as you said:
1. Their costumes are totally simple (They aren't wearing an Emperor/Empress clothes)
2. Their aren't wearing any crown
3. Also the hair is different for her she goes with a simple hair
4. The city or kingdom is a new place
5. This is not a conclusion or continuation to the drama
At the end, it doesn't make any sense
But now let's assume that in the ending scene is not FuYao and WuJi, but they are someone else for example gods:
1. Their costumes, hair and no crown makes sense
2. The new city makes sense
3. If it's before or after the story of Fu Yao and We Ji then it makes sense (i Think is before) what they are talking about the poem.
She said: What do you want to do then?
He Said: If the Mortal World has her, then i'll go to the mortal world.
She said: What if the mortal world will soon be in chaos?
He said: If the mortal world falls in chaos, i'll fight. If the Hells opens, i'll go. If the Firmament hinders, I'll cross it. If the fours seas (the world) gets mad, i'll cover it.
Etc.
And like you said is a declaration for 'Fu Yao', what he said explain everything that he did for Fu Yao, he 'destroyed' each kingdom for her + they are talking about mortal world.
So i think the ending was well done, cause it make you think that is a happy ending and a sad ending.
But still is a bitter ending for me (or at least the Fu Yao and Wu Ji story).
