Overall, the series was great. It ended where it should end. I don't think a 2nd season is necessary or needed…
I do hope that Bad Buddy, if they do decide for season 2, to be the series to prove everyone wrong that season 2 must always be worse/bad. I have faith in all the people involved in Bad Buddy that they can do as good, if not even better in season 2 (yes, that means even exceeding this season 1).
I see it as another trope to be broken that I am curious to see if P'Aof is willing to challenge himself with.
not gonna lie i only watched by influence of some friends and so i could understand the hype. i see that they…
You have to watch the entire series from the start, and it has a novel too (called Behind the Scene by Afterday - story and plot is quite different, but can give you deeper insight to the characters).
Hope that can help you to understand their character and interactions better.
To finally know that they have been trying so hard to be friends with each other since their childhood, presumably from after that time when the young Pat returned the watch to the young Pran. Them trying to bridge that barrier between their two houses with that tin can telephone.
Them hiding their budding friendship from their parents, ever bickering with each other when others were present, but free to like each other when they were on their own.
1. The young Pat and Pran both communicated with each other in secret with that tin can telephone across their rooms. They also met and played outside, before returning to their houses (pretending nothing had happened between them, or that they still hated each other)
2. The high school Pat and Pran (from EP 5 and other earlier episodes), them composing the 'Just Friends' song together, and then the times they spent in the high school, bickering and supposedly hating each other when their friends were present, but growing in love when they were just by themselves.
Those are the proofs that they had never been enemies in the first place. At the start maybe, because of what their parents told them and brought them to believe, but they couldn't bring themselves to hate each other. Anger and bickering yes, but never hatred (reference to EP 6 beach conversation).
That is rivalry turned true friendship, and from true friendship turning into blossoming love, and from there to true love, tested by time.

Lastly, thank you Nanon, my best partner. Thank you for opening your heart and changing so many things so that we could get along well. Thanks for being dedicated physically and mentally for both work and me. I'm so glad to work with you, get to know several things from you.
I'm so sorry if I was not a good boy or not behaving good. You're a person who understands me so much, be by my side, always support and care about me. You too, when you're tired, discouraged, burnout, I'll always here to support you.
I'm waiting to see the day you can achieve your dreams and be even more successful. Seriously, let me thanks to you, a whole day wouldn't enough. Me and you are really PatPran, we fought a lot but ended up with loving each other. I love you Nanon. I look forward to filming other project with you.
Although the series has ended today, but friendship between you and me won't end! Love you dude ♡♡♡
Ohm Pawat
(Yes, both of them are the perfect match for Pat and Pran, that quite a few times I can't differentiate on screen whether it's PatPran or OhmNanon, and their appearances outside the series (the promotions and all) too)
Morning stats update everyone!EP 12 has reached almost 2.8 million views in just 8 hours since the finale finished…
Looking back in time, EP 1 took an entire 2 days (exactly 2 x 24h) to reach 2.8 million back then (Yes, I still remember it well. Thanks to good memories :)).
Happy to see more people are watching this masterpiece.
EP 12 has reached almost 2.8 million views in just 8 hours since the finale finished airing. As expected, it is likely to be the fastest in terms of increase (previously this record was held by EP 11)
Good morning everyone! Will rewatch EP 12 again probably later today. Will continue with my EP revisited (from EP 7 to EP 12) once the weekend is over.
It's good to rewatch the series again to gain more insight to the story. A lot of things may be missed earlier on, and Bad Buddy is just one of those series with a lot of hidden symbolisms, nuances and many other things easily missed in just one watch (or if we only watch certain parts and not the entire story).
Waiting for the reaction videos. I really want to see the expressions of those who watch EP 12, and see how they react to the grand reveal and the ending :D
Hmm question: if Pran and Pat’s parents believed that they’ve broken up back then and had no more contact,…
4 years later they have already cooled down and lost the initial tensions between them. Most importantly, there was one scene in Part 4, where Dissaya (Pran's mum) saw Ming (Pat's dad) putting the letter quietly into her house's letterbox.
It was also mentioned in Part 3 how their parents started to loosen up after all that time. That EP 10 Part 4 confrontation between Ming and Dissaya was important. It's like the moment when Dissaya finally said it all before Ming and his family, and that is important. Keeping all that inside her for so long caused her heart wounds to fester.
Releasing it allowing it time to heal over time. And ultimately they do want their sons to be happy too, although they couldn't openly admit it.
I see it as another trope to be broken that I am curious to see if P'Aof is willing to challenge himself with.

For those who might have missed my earlier post on the significance of Pran's gift of good liquor to Pat's dad.
(Spoilers in the two posts above)
Hope that can help you to understand their character and interactions better.
