I'm used to the acting in short length dramas to not be very good, but dang the ML is horrible. His acting was so bad that I physically cringed when he tried to act serious at all (which is his whole character).
This started off super interesting, but fell flat. It was a very unique and original drama, but the scriptwriters seemed to not know what they were doing half the time.
The first ep is really good. I was expecting the show to be a psychological and bittersweet based romance. The ML literally had a voice in his head telling him to hurt people and jump off a bridge; even talked about masking and a second self. I thought we were going to get a complex drama, but nah. The only thing I liked about this show was Yosuke. His performance was absolutely amazing.
Also the ending is rushed and honestly trash. 6.5/10 which is an abnormally low score for me
The movie is ok. I haven't seen the anime or read the novel, but the plot was pretty interesting. The issue is that they tried to pack too much in like most novel-turned-movies. The world building was too thin and the leads romantic relationship was barely even there. You don't really feel for the characters, because the movie has too much plot but too little plot at the same time. Great acting performances, but the characters were just too underdeveloped.
Out of all of the cdrama web series I've been watching lately, this one is one of the best. It's cheesy, but genuinely fun and entertaining. Even after the leads get together, the story remains interesting because they feel like a real couple.
The acting is really good, but there is just no chemistry whatsoever. It's so bad that I wish they would've paired them as friends instead and I would've been more invested. The plot was interesting, but since I didn't want the leads to be together, it was pretty hard to even finish the movie.
A great "life" movie that deals with some pretty dark topics in a realistic and non-dramatic way. The movie is quite subtle with most of it's social commentary, which works better in my opinion.
Super fun intro sequence and a satisfying ending 8.5/10
Wasted potential for what could've been a beautiful and bittersweet depiction of depression and romance. My opinion…
The plot is a very interesting idea, but simply wasn't executed well. We don't get to care for the characters or even gain enough sympathy to wish them to heal. Despite having such talented actors, the acting falls flat because their quiet acting (albeit good) and the suffering in silence just isn't done well.
I think that having a solid impressionable ending could've saved this movie. As the FL pushed the ML's hand away earlier, the final scene could be her reaching for his hand. It could be a symbol of her wanting to reach out instead of suffering alone. It could stand for the fact that they may became partners in the sense of helping each other get through their depression. There should've been more interactions for the characters, whether romantic or platonic, there needed to be something more. Either have the characters meet for the first time in the final scene and them recognizing each other without even saying anything or have more interactions throughout the movie where they form a bond.
It's a really interesting movie. It's about two deities making a bet on whether true love exists and watching a curse placed upon a child unfold. You get to watch the ML on his journey to break his curse. It's a very mystical, atmospheric movie. The sets for all of the scenes are amazing.
It's funny that this is still relevant. Sadly, I feel that it's not only kdramas now. It feels like since asian dramas are in such high demand and there's so much budget now, dramas are being pumped out. All new asian drama watchers can't tell the difference between the old good and the new bad. It's pretty sad. These new high budget, but flat stories are getting 8 stars and above....Just sad.
I really wish all the shippers would chill... The characters have this really sweet and wholesome sibling trio going on with PYY as the weird glue that keeps them together.
Not every show has to have romance in it to be good y'all.
Such a high quality show the whole way through. It's been a long time since I've finished a series feeling satisfied. I'm definitely up for a second season!
It's a really fun, cute movie. The fantasy world building is really interesting and the character design is great. Better cgi than recent marvel movies lol

7/10 for wasted potential
My opinion below.
Great for a halloween watch.
