The love triangle in Cheese in the trap ruined me.
In the original webtoon, the two leads felt much better together. The drama made the ML a psycho and that was it, but the original story made you see how deeply they were connected. But yeah I liked the second ML so much more in the live action, like he's was of the most charming characters I've ever seen. He was a sweetheart, he was funny, and he made the FL feel so comfortable and she always had fun with him.
OMG I AGREEE WITH YOU FORCED ROMANCE AND NOBLE IDIOCY ARE THE WORST AND I HATE WHEN DRAMAS SUDDENLY USE THE CHILDHOOD…
I only like the childhood connections when it plays a serious role, like childhood friends reunited like in weightlifting fairy kim bok joo. It's only good when it plays a major part in the plot line and not when they throw it in to add more screenplay for the last episodes.
I hate love triangles because most of the time the second ML's are just there to be a stumbling block. I hate that they created a character and made us feel for him just to have him crushed and left alone or with the second FL who is also left alone. I've pretty much dropped kdramas because I know exactly how the storyline is going to play out. Now when I do watch a kdrama, I just watch until they start dating then drop it, because there's always an overally fluffy montage then a break-up.
WOW... these were breathtakingly beautiful to watch. Thanks for introducing them! I don't really follow Kpop at…
I'm glad you enjoyed them. There are concept videos and music videos that are so beautiful. You should try watching NCT teasers, they're so well directed. Stray kids just came out with a concept video today and it's really cool too.
I think that the movie 2046 is a classic example of the type of movies that you have said in the article.( I don't…
I've seen the trailer for 2046 multiple times and I think that it looks really cool. The color and saturation are really unique. I just can't find a good place to watch it...
It's not a typical article. This was me trying to talk about a series of videos with a unique directing style. I included gifs and stills from the videos to show some of the amazing mixes of CGI and reality. I also talked about the director at the bottom of the article.
The same with Reme and Tokoyami comments below, I have no clue what is this article is about. Should have been…
I wrote this to bring people's attention to the directing of the videos, not really what the videos are about themselves. They're concept videos without much of a storyline that's why I didn't explain them much, I just wanted to talk about how original the directing is.
I remember the days when these videos dropped and I watched them bewildered, they're amazing! Never knew about…
Thanks, I've been watching a lot more music videos lately and the directing now seems so amazing to me. NCTmentary stands out to me even more now that I've watched a lot of other k-pop concept videos.
I think this article has to do with the k-pop group NCT in the fact that there are many different subgroups and…
I wrote this because I wanted to talk about the directing of the videos. The concept of the videos are hard to grasp unless you watch them, that's why I didn't explain that very much. I talked about other short films with unique directing and I also wrote about the director for NCTmentary because she has done some great directing for other things.
Skate our sous has the pest visuals on depression (I haven't seen meany of the things mentioned but I have to…
I really liked how they didn't make him completely crazy or anything, because dramas often exaggerate some mental health problems. And instead of completely solving his problem, the show was about how he dealt with it and how the people around him and the things he cared about were able to bring him a little bit of healing.
Watching dramas and movies help me to feel things without really feeling things you know? If I feel really sad and can't express it, then I watch something sad so I can indirectly let my emotions out. Movies don't only provide a way to escape from reality, but a way to let go of the emotions that you're otherwise scared to feel.
Being a fan of a kpop group really makes you feel whole. I'm an nctzen because I appreciate seeing just how real the member's relationships are and how talented they are. Seeing them be so sweet and sincere with each other makes me feel as if I have a part of that love too. Being a kpop group's stan is like having a one sided best friend or family member.
