This movie is hard to describe. The characters are rather unlikable. Mini is borderline crazy, if not completely so, and Fatso, for two/thirds of the movie, was rather blandly leaning towards being just mean. The story centers around weight loss, and while it does a good job explaining the hopelessness that being obese entails, it does little to actual connect emotionally to the viewer until the last third of the film in my opinion.
The last third of the film is rather touching, but doesn't really make up for the fact that I wasted 45 minutes watching the first part. I will say it does a good job showing how much hard work it is to lose weight, but it's timeline for that weight loss is completely ridiculous.
The end was satisfying, but completely cliché. I won't be watching this one again.

I had been desperately trying to find this movie for a long time and finally watched it. I am a huge fan of horror romantic comedies, but this movie fell short for me. It was much more focused on the life of the main female character who just seemed to randomly have a vampire (or is he?) character around. The brief bits of romantic interaction with him were tantalizingly few in my opinion. The viewer is instead forced to observe family interactions and friend drama over a crappy guy instead. It was like it tried to do too much. It wanted to be a heartfelt family drama, or a personal growth story instead of embracing it's vampire theme.
The acting was generally bad also, except for the main female actress. The mysterious male lead was a cringefest.
I did finished it without too much struggle, and while the ending did give us some answers, it seemed to be starting a whole other story which we will never get to know about. I wouldn't recommend it to someone unless they are a huge vampire fan and I have no desire to rewatch it.

The vibe of the movie is much like the American classic 'American Pie'. There's even sex with food as well! That being said, it wasn't awful, but it wasn't anything you could take seriously. It's a lust filled romp with plenty of nudity and cheesy poop jokes. It does become a bit better towards the end, when the focus turns to the damsel in distress and solving the mystery of the kidnapper, but in general I feel this movie would be best suited for a group of young, slightly drunk guys to be watching while hanging out.

I watched this for the chemistry of the main leads. I'm not going to lie. I am a romance junkie. As others have said before, the story is super cliche and drags in places. The two main leads, however, basically smoldered whenever they were on the screen together. It was tough to get into the story. It took me a good 3-4 episodes before I was hooked. That being said, after a while I felt that the two main leads were written to be 'too perfect' if that makes sense. They always did the correct thing or said the correct thing in any situation which made them not very realistic imo. The secondary characters were also charming and helped keep me watching as well. I adored both sets of parents and all of their friends. However, I didn't really care for Nana's and Quinyang's story, just how I felt personally.
I wouldn't rewatch the whole thing, but I admit to already rewatching the kissing scenes. *fans myself*

To be honest, I didn't enjoy this drama very much. I came for the comedy and food tags, but it ends up being a sort of depressing slice of life drama. There are a few light moments surrounded by a rain cloud of a life. I did enjoy that the main character is a different type of character. She's loud, rude, sloppy, and almost completely self centered. Yet, she was fun to watch at times. I felt that the male main character was sort of a cardboard cut out type. He was passive and innocent to the point of being unrealisitic in my opinion.
Not much food porn to report either. Each episode was centered on a different dish, but don't expect delicious looking food shots that make your mouth drool. I think the only reason I finished it was because the episodes were so short. I'm not willing to rewatch this. There are other much more entertaining things to watch in my opinion.

This movie was one of the most visually beautiful that I have seen. However, the story is extremely slow for the first half. The second half had more action. The fight scenes were unique and different and they basically carried the movie for the second half. The characters, while well acted, were obscure with little understanding of why things were the way they were. There were only a few characters that, for me, were interesting to watch.
It was hard for me to watch it since I didn't care for much for characterization and the plot seemed like it was trying it's hardest to be purposefully mysterious and symbolic. I suggest fast forwarding thru the first half.
