Roo Ri's father is such a despicable creature. When he attacked her mother in ep 2 I hoped she would kick him in his balls. He is disgusting.

I don't like time-travel and 2nd-chance-romances but I think this drama is brilliant at portraying the reality - just because you got married that doesn't mean that you got your HEA. On the contrary, the real problems begin after that. The husband is treated like shit at work (and employees are usually treated like shit in Korea) and the wife is going crazy alone with a baby at home. It's actually a reality for many couples out there. The acting was brilliant in the 1st ep. I think I'll keep watching to see if they'll maintain the standard.

Why are you trying to make people NOT watch these dramas? :D Let them decide for themselves, perhaps they'll like them, perhaps they'll dislike them ^^ Tastes differ.

Not really sure what you mean, but if you've got an idea you can submit an article :) I haven't heard of Indians remaking these dramas, that's interesting.

Nicely said! I must add, what I like about Turkish dramas is that they portray the raw emotions very well. Many of their characters and situations seem realistic. However, on the other hand, it's like they feed on anguish XD Many Turkish soap operas end tragically, main characters die or terrible things happen to them and they also go overboard with evil characters. These remakes are pretty new and short because they target younger audience and that is a good thing I guess.

Thanks! That remake is mentioned at the bottom of the article, I just decided to not include it in the main list, it was already too long :)

Of course it is not the same as actual rape (penetration), but the feeling of violation is the same. I thought that is clear enough.
