What you mean "choose" to "save" Woojoo? Last time I checked, she "CHOSE" to put Woojoo in jail. She was willing to make him a scapegoat because she THOUGHT her daughter killed someone! She wanted to hide a potienal murderer for that SNU acceptance before...but now she is actually hiding the real MURDERER for the sake of her daughter's reputation . Now let me ask you, which would you choose? Your daughter ruined reputation for cheating her exams? Or destorying an entire family+their future while hiding the real murderer who, in the future, could also kill more people and have more families be vicitm of their atrocity ?

I just found out this drama have a sequel. Are they waiting to see how successful the first season will be before they decided to work on the second season or is the making of this drama really diffcult that it needs another year?

The story is actually much more than the premise. It’s more mature and dark. But I do agree with you on CJH. I don’t really enjoy his role as much as in devilishly Joy but the rest of the cast kept it entertaining. I also like KDY so I’m a bit conflicted with his villain role lol

I was watching this on Kissasian till 7-8 ep when I was suddenly curious on what everyone thought so I went back to read the comments from the previous episodes and... in conclusion, looks like I won’t be reading the comments anymore. People are really hating on the female lead for she testifying truthfully? Out of everyone, the one who should be hated is Seho for obvious reasons. People’s priorities are backwards.

You never pitied a villain? How about watching The Last Empress? All the villains there are despicable/disgusting but a lot of people are enjoying them and dare I say pity one of them.

If her father did well, I'm sure she can too if she knows how to keep her motuh shut. Although we have seen how she treats her own parents so it makes you wonder if it will be any different. The teacher example isn't a good one because we all know they kiss up to any rich parent/kids ass since it's a school all about grades. Patients, on the other hand, don't.

I’m a binge watcher too. I usually decide whether I want to watch a drama after it have 10 episode because waiting ruins the show for me. Most of the time I watch dramas after they end. Gurl, you are this obsessed with this drama when you haven’t even seen it?? There are only 3 weeks left. Good luck.

I’m not up to date yet so I don’t know if we got character development yet but if Yeh Suh did go to her dream medical school, what kind of hospital would want to accept her selfish, self-entitled ass that look down on everyone else but herself? She can’t even speak with her classmates without giving them nasty glares. Her respect for adults is nonexisting... Like sit down, most patients won’t be filthy rich and some will be difficult. Can she survive that without throwing a tantrum? Her attitude NEEDS to change.

It's not just the Vampire stories but the supernatural mixed with fantasy genre in Korea is also... badly written. They are not used to writing those so it's probably easier to just focus on folklore traditions instead.

"The calm before the storm." describes this drama perfectly. I'm only in episode 8 but I can already feel the gradual change in pace. I don't think this drama will end in a good note. I smell another tragedy on the way.

Definitely especially since she could have been saved if he just called ambulance instead of hiding his crime. Which is also I hate Min Yura the most. She dealt the blow, cause her to get into an accident, knew she was alive but still bruied her alive... but worst of all, she did all the knowing that was her adoptive mother.

Two weeks ago, a lot of people said this drama was crazy... now that I’ve seen the first episode, yeah, this is crazy. The fact these women are over obsessed with education
this much is tripping me. Wait, it’s not even about education anymore. It’s the “prestige” title that they are slave for. If I were their child, I would have lost my mind. I ain’t surprised the episode ended the way it did.

I think it have low rating because of a controversy.

For some reason, I really can’t ship Woo Bin with Sunny. It feels like their relationship is all about, “She get in trouble, he comes and saves her. They realize they are in the same position.” Kind of love story.

As for the emperor, even though I detested him when I first started it, I can’t deny that the last few episode had me cracking a smile. However, I ain’t delusional. He is still toxic asf! No woman with her head intacted with her shoulder would stay a minute with him.... so I would have preferred if Sunny stayed single but oh well, can’t change the plot.
