Saying how you love or how good this drama is isn't an actual assessment of this show either. Did I mention anyone can't disagree? You can. However, we get comments saying people should ignore the "negative" comments or people who disagree are disagreeing purely because they don't "understand such complex storyline"... ??? I didn't know people where only supposed to kiss the show's ass, note the sarcasm.
Why is it that there is always someone who can't handle criticism? You do know that everyone should be able to express their thoughts, right? It includes the negative. Saying people are "complaining" about it because they don't understand the story is downplaying their comprehension skills and freedom to express.
Can I say I don't understand why they are amazed/shocked by the fact he fixed 20 beads of a bracelet when HE GAVE HER the bracelet in the first place? A more logical explanation would be he liked the bracelet enough to know the order but somehow they twisted it into the most illogical conclusion there is. They are acting like nobody fixed a bracelet before. They should have switched it and made the bracelet originally hers that somehow broke but he managed to fix it exactly the way it was. That's more impressive.
Another drama where people didn't bother to check the original source. In THIS one it is obvious from about 5 episodes…
No, it's called backing away in fear. It's not the same . This faulty logic shouldn't be a reason to villainize the commenters and question their state of humanity.
The only Korean drama I remember finishing this year was 30 but 17. I really enjoyed it from start to finish!…
When that happens, it means you need to give yourself a break or else you won't get any enjoyment. I go through these phrases all the time. Currently that's how I feel with anime which is why I haven't seen much anime in 2017 and basically skipped all of 2018.
Jeom Dol just existed but he is already a show stealer! His voice is omg! I just found out it's Jung Kyung Ho who is voice acting... No wonder he is great already.
I would say that I do like the idea of Ok Nam ending up with Geum. Everything is connecting together like how he fell in love with her at first sight and had been constantly being drawn to her. Whenever she spoke about her husband, his charatertics were shown. His clusmyness, hardworking, sweet personality and all fit Geum. It was also pretty obvious so the writing is consistent in that desrciption but with that being said, there were a lot of instance were bad writing was ruining the flow of this drama. The romance was handled poorly for me to care about it beyond the surface. I GET THE IDEA and IT FITS . The execution however, I ain't behind. I'll make a review about it when last episode airs.
While am at it, I would like to address the fact Ok Nam really did Prof. Jung dirty. His story ended up being very ironic. From the first episode, she was the one who insisted he was her husband even when he refused to believe it because he was a scientist. Although naturally he started to show interest. So for a man who lived his whole life being mistrustful, abandoned and not knowing how to love, she managed to make him open up and show rare vulnerablity around her. Now what's funny is how he told her over and over again that he might not be her husband... Ok Nam should have taken the damn hint but instead she gave him a promise that held so much weight "I'll never leave you." but ended up weighting dust. Those words hold so much responibility so if she was never planning to stay by his side, she should have never said them. Fast forward, when she found out he was not her husband she just left... She left? Without goodbye? Or apologizing for playing with his emotions? For Mistakening him as her husband when he was NOT? She had time to write Geum a letter but she couldn't afford to write anything for Prof. Jung after kissing him twice? WHAT? Didn't you say you would never leave him and that he should trust people? Sis, you lied and backstabbed.
Another problem, when Geum meets her with his half-naked glory, she hugged him??? Except she STILL didn't know he was husband so....?????? ANOTHER WHAT? He tells her he might be her husband, girly still doesn't get it.. What is this? She was 100% convinced Prof.Jung was her husband but the moment her actual husband says it, she ain't getting it until her own son tells her. This is bad writing.
I'm still not up to date but when I first saw this drama, I thought Geum should end up with the cat girl or someone around that age but he turned out to be her FATHER... I'M SPITTING!
I’ve only seen 4 episodes but I came here to say that I’m rooting for the professor. The second lead is like a baby... I can’t get into him. Should have casted someone a bit older.
Every since Six Flying Dragons, I've been impressed with him. I feel like once he is all grown up he will be like Ji Chang Wook or Lee Je Hoon which he ironically resembles a bit.
So the romance in this drama officially sucks. Like what is this? Since when was Roo Da in love with Junho? Am I missing a few episodes? I feel like I skipped the part where she confessed she loves him. It’s unnatural and forced. The only time she showed interest was ages ago in one scene about if she can imagine kissing him or not... but that’s it.
Thanks to this ep, I ended up being boo boo the fool because when I saw her hug him (For once) in the previous episode I was like, “girl don’t let him on” but it turned she had feelings for him offscreen..??? When I wasn’t watching cuz all I saw was rejection, rejection, rejection and another rejection whenever he tries to hug her.
Imma go ahead and say it. In episode 3-4, they showed us a scene where the male lead was so drunk he couldn’t take himself home while the 2nd female lead was driving him... if that’s how he ended up impregnating her then wow, we got a rapist in here. Last time I checked, drunk people can’t consent. Seeing how he doesn’t love her hints the fact he didn’t consent with sanity.
From Kim Jae Wook to Lee Min Ki... 2017 was the year they returned back to K-drama! I hope they never disappear again cuz I want new dramas from them. I don’t want to watch their old drama to get some content like that’s unfair.
Love triangle is annoying to watch, just as much as the 2nd male lead.
But you know what? I prefer hating the 2nd male lead than loving him cuz it's frustrating watching how they never get their happily ever after and instead are stuck chasing after a girl that doesn't love them back.
I finished wacthing the first episode and there are a lot of overreaction that.. could be unnecessarily. The main lead, at one point he is doing well but at another... if feels like this role wasn't meant to be. His acting here is mixed. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's painful to watch. I don't know if it gets better (cuz a lot of actors can't grasp their role during the first 2-3 episodes) but I'll watch to see how it goes from here.

A more logical explanation would be he liked the bracelet enough to know the order but somehow they twisted it into the most illogical conclusion there is.
