Ever since I heard about this drama I got immediately curious, I really hope it would be as great as Legend of Concubine Zhen Huan (but I don't dare to have such high expectations).
Wow another great Stalker's Guide Ana, I really had lot of fun reading it and learnt a little bit more about one of your fave actors, yes I have to admit I haven't seen much of him.
Anyway I really enjoyed his character Tatsuya in Under One Roof, very similar to mine as the eldest in my family so I could easily connect to his character. I enjoyed a lot too Rurouni Kenshin and he was one of the reasons the movies were memorable for me.
I really need to watch The Great White Tower and Roosevelt Game as soon as possible plus they 've been on my ptw list for way too long u_u.

I think exactly the same about Qi Dian, he is not ugly and I find him really charming and smart to be honest and I disagree with people saying he is too old for her as Liu Tao is 37 years old (we shouldn't forget that), I'm sure Zu Feng (the guy playing Qi Dian) is around 45 so for me they suit each other very perfectly. And I agree with you saying their relationship is awkward they just need more time to understand each other and become closer, I feel like Qi Dian is rushing things but overall I have no complaints about him as he is very patient with An Di and accepts her the way she is, with all her qualities and flaws.
I know I'm being annoying posting songs of the show here but I just can't help it and Jiang Xin's song "Cinderella" is so beautiful and I think the lyrics perfectly suit her character Fan Sheng Mei <3
I discovered both Sun Yi and Deng Lun and loved so much their portrayal, definitely the best characters of this drama and also the reason why 15YWFMB is so special to me.
A must watch for sure, especially for those who like well written and original stories^^
It'll a bit long and I'm sorry about that. There aren't really spoilers but still I would advise those who haven't seen the movie to avoid reading my post here. First I'd definitely recommend it, it's far from perfection and there are some boring moments especially near the end (I was sure I would hate it since the ending in the movie was a complete disappointment, that was the only thing that scared me about this drama but thankfully it was done in much better way than in Fleet of Time). The ending was bitter but I strangely enjoyed it, I did not feel betrayed which was the case for FoT's ending. Secondly the nostagia is always there from the beginning till the end, I love those 90's and early 2000 songs we could hear throughout the drama, it brought me so many memories, the drama not only talks about famous singers from Western countries but also about China and HK, the main girl if I'm not wrong was an avid fan of Leslie Cheung! Thirdly the friendship part here was really good, at least the drama did not disappoint me about that specific point, I actually wanted to watch it mainly for that (even before I watched the movie) and I was pleasantly surprised :p And lastly The Ost is one of the thing I loved the most, the ending song is so addicting, Chen Xun's song as well <3
Highlights of the drama for me are definitely: Lin Jia Mo, Zhao Yu and Qian Ran, I really loved them so much and I love how they are developed in BiT. We like them with their qualities and flaws and we can say everything we want about this drama but we can't complain about the friendship part which was so beautiful and genuine between all of them. Definitely Jia Mo and Qiao Ran are the best among the five friends cause they are always there for Fang Hui, Chen Xun and Zhao Ye, their care and love for the whole group of friends were more obvious than the three other friends. Conclusion my fave characters of the drama were: Lin Jia Mo as number one the coolest, Qiao Ran, Su Kai, Zhao Ye and also Song Nin. In the movie Fang Hui was more likeable than in the drama.
Since I watched both the drama and the movie I can tell very firmly that the drama was much much better particularly when it comes to character's development, Nostalgia and OST. In FoT I hated Chen Xun and it's the same here, he is the biggest liar and I hate him for that, what I want to say is that if we can't fulfill a promise, we shouldn't say anything in the first place, not giving hope to a person and in the end make him/her so miserable because he/she will expect from you to fulfill this promise.
It was such an easy watch, perfect for a weekend marathon <3
It's 100 % entertainment, I was literally glued to my screen all throughout the drama and I have to say all those fights were superbly orchestrated, I'm still impressed <3 Needless to say I'll watch second season when it's subbed. Can't wait.
If you need a good Action drama I think this is the one, don't expect a great story, if your goal is to be entertained and nothing more you'll definitely enjoy this drama plus the songs fitted so perfectly with all the fight scenes.

I don't know why I'm like that with this actor but I fell so hard for him as Qian Ren In 15 years ... My, so lovely, cute, adorable and reliable in that drama and he is so handsome ♥.<3
