What's this? I dont understand....Hyun Jae knows something we don't know....and the preview for tomorrow…
I think that letter the past HJ send to Soon Tae but left unopened will play a big role, I wonder what that is, 26ep in & we're still confused as hell, lol
I thought it was a dramatic story, but the first 2 episodes are really fun. I feel some sadness between the two…
Yes, I agree both Yeong & Yeok had their own wrongdoing, and now they're bad in their own way. Actually one of the reason why I love Q7D is because of how great the story being told like a two tail of coins but we can't see clearly which one is the wrong side or the right one cause both may seems right from their own POV. True that Yeonsangun may turn evil to the point there'll be no way back for him, but I pity him & my heart is aching because we get to see his journey & what led him that way. What could've been if he had a loving parents who trust him. How he suffers & torn with his own inner conflict between his ideal mind & his paranoia & how it's eating him alive.
Oh, did he try to kill his brother before? I may have missed that, to my knowledge the ppl around him was trying to make him do that, but he only got him (young Yeok) excile, he tried to kill him over & over but it was only in his dreams from the nightmares he had, true that he found out minister Im was the one who responsible to the death of young Yeok & he let it slide because how relieve he is to get over from his paranoia, but I didn't remember he tried to kill Yeok especially without CK knowing. Regarding CK marriage, while the end result might be the same, imo the impact for CK's mind would be very different. There's a huge difference if one had to marry someone because you're forced to do it & you had tried your best to avoid it as you could. With one who marries because you were so foolish/blinded by love & unknowingly got your own family's life at stake.
True, it's nice to discuss & see from eachother POV & 7DQ is perfect for that ^^
I thought it was a dramatic story, but the first 2 episodes are really fun. I feel some sadness between the two…
It depends on your POV, for me no matter Yeok loves CK or not, or he did the treason for the ppl he care or not, he is using her from the moment he keep the truth from her, he only tells lies after lies after lies. CK has the right to chose her own destiny, if she wants to marry Yeok, she had to know what kind of marriage she is into from Yeok & decided by her own. More than physical wound, emotional wound is no less painful. I can see her blaming herself on how she dragged her family into this mess/deaths by marrying Yeok. Imo that would be more painful than the death sentences itself.
And I don't really think Yeok marries CK for her sake, it's more for himself so Yeonsangun can't have her. No matter how evil Yeonsangun may have become, he at the very least tells CK the truth what kind of marriage she is into, that he wants her to be his spy, that he think Yeok was planning for a treason. Yeonsangun may become a good king, we see how a simple word from CK makes a better him. if only the late king welcome him to the family & shower him with love, instead of making that darn secret letter, he'd be a better person, if Yeonsangun is a monster, then he is the monster created by his father. And he drag both son's life + CK to hell because of that darn letter/will. I doubt that Yeok will become a good king, because he may have a good intention for his ppl, but the ppl behind him has their own greed & more power than him, including his mother. So he need to be strong & smart to know how to dealt with it, to overcome it. Sadly imo, Yeok is not that smart/strong nor have enough will to become a capable king. And if this drama follow the history well, then he won't become a good king either. Which is ironic, knowing how many ppl suffers from it.
I thought it was a dramatic story, but the first 2 episodes are really fun. I feel some sadness between the two…
I think it's the opposite, Yeok seems to be greedy or too overwhelmed by wanting both power & love, thus it makes Chae Kyung's life & her whole fam in danger. If he chose Iove, he shd have dropped his plan to rebel. If he chose power he shouldn't marry Chae kyung so her life won't be drag into this mess he created. He may unable to overcome the will of those ppl behind him but also can't bear the idea for not being able to be with Chae kyung. If so, I don't think he is able to protect her, like the scene we get to see earlier on ep 1
I read a lot of people say they like the king...Yeonsangun @_@ Did they totally change him for the drama? I wanna…
I had to disagree @GraceLee I'd never root for some villain merely because his looks, no matter how great his look is, I even hate some LDG character in his previous works although he was the main lead there. For me it's more because how great his acting here (LDG is nailing it) & great character's writing, I can see his inner struggling/conflict between the bad side & the good side of him, his lacks of love & feelings to be betrayed that cause his turmoil. Love how smart he is compare to Yeok who for me seems so incapable to be the king & keep telling lies to his lover. I won't justified Yeong's bad behaviour at all, but I can understand the situation that led him that way. Lol, it feels like seeing Seong Yoon Ah in the K2 all over again. The villain is the most intriguing one
It depends on your POV though, but no matter which side are you, this drama is beautiful, beautifully painful XD
They got 2 episodes extention & I'm happy with it, many things still need to be solved & they need…
Yes to JH-MY wedding & their babies ❤ I'd love to see their marriage life, like the one in Laurel tree tailors.
@GiKnoth ikr, Lee joon is so adorable with baby william till idk who's more adorable, Lee Joon or William, lol
I read a lot of people say they like the king...Yeonsangun @_@ Did they totally change him for the drama? I wanna…
Let's just say don't let historical figures bothers you too much. Just watch their episodes & you'll know how beautiful/great this drama is. I root for the King because his title is the only thing he has right now, which is sad thanks to his late father he never get a happy childhood nor being love/welcome in the family. Thus, I can understand his behaviour (as of ep 12 at the very least) towards Yeok's traitorous act/plans to steal his crown. I blame their father for the illfate he brings to them.
They're improving on ep 3 but ep 4 for me was a whole mess again. I don't like how the directing goes, some scenes felt too random & the jokes were awful. I'll stick around for a while to see if it gets better coz I love Im Jo hwan's character here & I want to know about the other Gods story.
I love NJH on weightlifting, but here he's too stiff & boring, even SSK delivered a better line than him. Idk if it's because the writing or because his acting is still limited. I hope the writer give his character more justice/depth than him keep repeating "I'm your god you're my servant" lines, it's getting old & tired to see.
Would love to see more of Hoo Ye story cause I feel he is the most intriguing one & Im Jo hwan's acting here is great as always. Oh & can we get a less & lesser stories on Soo Ah's assistant & Shin Jae Ya? They're getting on my nerves. I wonder what's the point of their characters except for being annoying.
Finally the plot has start moving after 28 ep long, I feel like 28 ep in & we're still at the same place. I don't expect much from this drama, only watch it for a sweet romcom & Joo won dimples, so anything would be fine for me, am still enjoy watching it. But tbh the story is just cliche, light & simple, nothing special, the villains is just a 2D villains/characters, not a well developed one. If you're expecting a well developed characters & a great romance sageuk then it's Queen for seven days for you. If you're looking for a light, ordinary romcom one, then this is it
Is this drama really funny ? Well , I still didn't start because i'm hesitating.... Tell me what do…
This is the funniest one I've ever watched (no exgagerating here), they take a different approach & look fresh than any other kdrama I've watched. I believe you'll love it.
But I'd say just try to watch the first 4 episodes (only 30 min each) & decided it by yourself if you like it or nah :)
I feel sorry for Jung hee, before I was so eager to see JH-MY ship to sail, but now I know how hard the impact…
Ikr, she sounds too selfish when she came to Jung hee & it doesn't feel like she is apologizing at all. I feel bad for Papa Byun but Mama Byun's act towards Jung hee was totally all wrong & worsen the situation evenmore. Lee Joon's performance here is indeed amazing. I know he's a great actor, adores him since Gapdong, But still, he blew my mind in this, I'm impressed. Am so happy FIS got a great rating in SK (30%) so he'll get more & more recognition. Finally, a great rating for a drama that I adores :'). My other two fav were not that lucky (The best hit & Queen for 7days), I know good ratings doesn't equal as good dramas, but still am heartbroken for the other two TT
OMG that scene between Jung Hee and Ms. Jeong was so powerful, but I have to give it to Jung Hee the guy felt…
I pity Jung hee, Papa Byun, Mama Byun, but I agree it's too selfish for Mama Byun for bringing up her kids to Jung hee & ask him for a favour while she apologized to him, it doesn't feel sincere for Jung hee & seems like she is making up an excuse just to save their family's name without even think how Jung hee feels right now, thus it's making him even more upset & hurt. I really think it would be better if Mama Byun waited for Papa Byun so they both can ask for Jung hee's forgiveness. I'm so eager to know Jung hee's reaction towards Papa byun once he tells him everything, Jung hee is a softie I believe he'd forgive him, but only if the byun's fam handle it right, it's a big secret afterall & Jung hee has suffers for years. I really hope Papa Byun's would understand Jung hee better than Mama Byun & take a different approach than Mama Byun's did
I think everything is very well planned and the drama is going to get even better next week. I'm also more…
Yes, agree. If JH is indeed HJ's son it'd still be okay for me to ship HJ with WS, because HJ&JH never had any bonding since the very beginning, neither friendship nor father-son relationship, Ji hoon resent him from the very beginning. So I don't think HJ-WS would ruin the father & son relationship since it was never there. HJ-WS is shippable because HJ is a 23 years old guy mentally & physically & WS never had any feelings more than friendship to JH with or without HJ interfered in between, so it'd be unfair for WS if HJ step down just because JH told him to do so. I too really wonder if ppl take HJ as a 40years old guy & thus can't ship her with him (while a 900years old guy was shippable with a 19years old highschooler girl). However, I'd still prefer JH not to be HJ son, not because any of the reason above but more because I pity HJ & feel if JH is indeed his son it'd be too much weight on HJ shoulders. He didn't like Bo hee nor had any interest with her, the current HJ we know didn't date her & yet ppl want him to take the responsibility. His written words "I'm nothing I'm no saviour" has punch me in the heart, he must be feeling so stressed out, especially because that words coming from HJ who usually has always been an optimist, confident person, so yeah for HJ sake I would prefer HJ not to become JH father.
sorry, i just was able to start the drama at episode 31.. why did the dad get the name of Byun Han Soo? is he…
The real Byun han soo (HS) is Jung hee's dad (not the current Byun Han Soo/ Papa Byun). Papa Byun (PB) was HS close friend. Young PB was wrongly accussed for a murderer & went to jail for some period of times, when in fact he was the one who want to help the victim. After he was released, he had a really hard life as an ex confict & not welcome in the society. His sick mother died because of it & Na Yeong Sil helped him getting through that. Short stories, Han Soo help PB so he can get his new confidence again by switching their clothes (since HS is wealthy while PB is poor) & hang out with ppl. But there's a chaotic fire in the cafe, the real HS died & PB was taken to the hospital using HS identity (which id was found in his pocket). NYS is pregnant at that time & take their current situation as a chance to start a new life, she ensure HS (who want to tell the truth) to keep their lies & live as BHS for their soon to be born Son. After that, PB lived in a hiding, he doesn't have a driving license & avoid to go travelling. PB discover BHS had a son which is Jung hee just after JH looking for him & confront him for abandoning him. He felt very guilty about it so he decided to treat him like his own son. The only people knows about PB switch identities is only NYS. None of the families knows.
