She has never watch any dramas of xukai full before beside once upon a time in lingjian mountain i think so she has a bias view about him. I watched her videos sometimes to see her talking about certain dramas because she does have some knowledge and expertise, but i agree she certainly has a bias on idol actors/actresses.

I would disagree with the first murder chenhui doesn't has full criminality liability for a crime. The murder was carry out by hkm, hkm could also not commit the murder since he already knew the man has no knowledge of the person he was looking for. It was a crime he committed in the heat of the moment after being attacked by the victim, chenhui send him there but he didn't tell him to kill the victim. For the second murder i saw a leak of the ep he was defending himself because the victim was trying to kill him, he wasn't in his right mind at the time so it wasn't intentional because right after the murder he went into shock after realizing what he has done.

That scene of ch and his dad about to confront each other was so intense. Did ch knew it was his dad before he texted him? The father was suspecting his own son as the mastermind and even put him in jail to prove whether he was guilty. Having a father as a police officer is not easy, the father wanting his son to approve of his action and cooperate like it was a normal thing for a father to just put his son in jail just because of his suspicion. Ch want to tell on his father to his mother but then change his mind because he didn't want to worry his mother. Does the grandfather heard ch conversation with songge and know about his activity. I really like the grandfather, he is so gentle and caring, it will be sad if something happens to him.

True women writers don't only write romance, they also write thriller /suspense novels as well.

That's her own thinking, i have not watch a drama where the ml was dumb down to make the fl feel superior. But it's all fantasy, dramas ml tend to be more perfect than real life and that's because they were created with the intention to satisfy women's fantasy of a perfect partner. What i notice is the fl would get criticize regardless if she is a damsel in distress or a strong woman who don't rely on a man because the audiences who are mostly females can't help but wanting to look for flaws but they don't do it for the ml even when he's full of flaws.

I hope this is true, xukai rarely does any variety show. Great escape was the only variety show that xukai has been in consecutively for a few years beside happy camp/hello saturday to promote his dramas. I hope this year he will be in it too, there will be something else to look forward to while we're waiting for his dramas to be release or a new drama he will be shooting. This is the first time we don't have any new about xukai shooting a new drama.

The relationship between ch's father and mother are kind of interesting, from the set up the father has a fiancee who was the mother's best friend and only after the fiancee died that they got together and ch was born. From their conversation ch's father was an absentee father and left his care to his mother because of his job as a police officer or could it be because he was not over the death of his fiancee so he neglected his wife and son. It's obvious from the mother's reaction when her husband trying to dig up the case of his ex fiancee's death she was jealous and think he still has feeling for her bestfriend and got really emotional.

I understand the dad is a good policeman but i'm thinking he care less about his family than his job. He suspected ch wihout any doubt even though he didn't have solid evidence, what kind of father would automatically assign guilt to their own child and want to turn him in to his supervisor, even the supervisor didn't buy it because the evidence was so flimsy.

Did he has the same type of character for that drama?

I agree with you about wanting them to be equal, but in this period it's a male dominated society, women have less rights than men, so if they're using their men for their own benefit than they've a reason to do so. For this drama they will both be using each other from the trailer.

Yes genres are bound by gender didn't you know this. There're genres that are cater to males specificly and those that are cater to females specificly. For romantic dramas they're mostly cater to females audiences, while male audiences lean more to action and crime/thriller type of dramas. Don't speak and insult women writers if you don't like those type of dramas, you can always change genres or watch dramas that are aim toward male audiences than the dramas will be male centric and will be less focus on romance.

The police finally tie the hkm murder cases to the murder of chb's ex fiancee. Chb found the bottle cough syrup that ch was hiding, how unlucky for ch and sg they finally decide to start over but his father is getting closer to find out his secret.

That person probably did not have the basic understanding for that scene. My question would be the urine sample kind of doesn't have the right color, is urine sample look that clear and everyone urine samples look the same making me think they were just water 😅

Who is still watching this drama since those who have vip already finish. I purchase vip just to watch this after finishing the free eps, but i'm taking my time because i'm afraid to know what will happens seeing all the comments about how tragic it's going to be for chenghui and songge 😢

That's most romantic ml nowaday because female audiences taste change, back in the day it was all about ml torture fl making fl suffer and in the end still be accepted by fl. As taste change drama has to change with it, now female audiences love strong female lead with a backbone and ml being a green flag willing to accept all fl's flaws. Your complain is similar to why fl falling for ml for no reason, we don't know the reason until we watch the drama 😂

Wow so everything that happens actually was plan by chenhui himself. Songge is such a devoted girlfriend, she follow all his instruction and they were setting up huo kaiming to take the fall. They're not just reacting anymore, they're becoming truly a criminal cp. For some reason i don't want them to get caught and hope they could get away from it i feel kind of pity for them they want to get out but is caught in the trap of their own making.

So now law enforcement is going after hkm now that they found out he is the murderer, if he's caught he will divulge both ch and sg as drug dealers. Ch's father is so sharp he realizes hkm is not the one responsible for selling the cough syrup.

So that car accident put chenhui in a coma, how long was his coma i wonder. It was really shocking to see chenhui being so helpless and needing help to even clean himself. I already seen a leak preview so i knew he was acting but it looks so real xukai acting in this part was so raw. He's very lucky to have his parents and girfriend there for him when he was in a coma. The father does love his son he said to him he will persuade his mother to accept sonnge as his girlfriend. The end of ep 8, songgue finally knew chenhui was faking, his acting is so good he could fool his family and girlfriend.

Not really i thought he was exactly that type of character who was written like the ml and the ml was written as the sml, he was too perfect at first but as the drama goes on we started to see his flaw he was too trusting on someone he consider an old friend, he didn't forget his character that how his character was a nice guy who can be dependable to his friends and juniors. He treat the fl like a junior who needed his help, once he found out she was female he started to pursue her aggressively even pranking her but she never see him as anything more than an elderly brother. The ml has a much harder time pursuing fl that kind of make you think he was the sml at the beginning. I like the main cp so i'm glad fl choose him over the sml.
