Both searching for what really happened about a crime, in the past and in the present. Lot's of suspicion and little clues throughout. Teamwork of a detective and wife, and a attorney and heiress.

They both have a similar atmosphere to this kind of medical dramas. It's all about learning and caring. If you liked one you're almost sure to like the other :D

It's basically more or less the same plot - a pregnant woman ends up living with the family of her "supposed" deceased fiance when in reality she was only an acquaintance/friend of the person. and his fiance was someone else - both go through misunderstandings that lead them to live in another families home. Magic Ring is a train wreck, ring switch and amnesia that winds up putting her with the family. and in Chun Ja's Happy Events it's a boating storm that sinks, a ring switch and misunderstandings of both parents that lead the girl to live with them to escape her own reality. and in both dramas the lead girl falls in love with the deceased sons brother. lol - Magic Ring is a shorter Taiwanese drama while CJHE is a long daily drama (skipping is ok). But with both dramas there is a problem... Magic Ring is left uncomplete or at least not fully available for us... and CJHE is left unsubbed and hard to find (I found it only on Chinese site Soku). Since Magic Ring was made in 2004 I'd say it's safe to say that CJHE is a re-make. (but I can't be sure lol).

They are both realistic family centered dramas. Lot's of people in the family and lots of events taking place - none are unrealistic. I felt it had the same vibe (I watched Life is Beautiful first and just recently watched Yeah, THIS). They were both realistic and fun at the same time (some scenes may be a tad boring but I think that just has to do with taste and how long you want to invest in the drama for lol). But I think anyone who liked 'Life is Beautiful' will like this drama as well.

Again, similar theme. Love from the past reincarnated in the future, both dream same dreams and are searching for clues to who that person in the dream is. and again, I thought 'Snow Lotus' was the better of the two. But if you enjoyed one - you might enjoy the other. Snow lotus has a better ending.

Both are about a past love in a different life - both about finding the "reincarnated" one in the present - both have similar things - like a tomb being found decades later... clothing, hair, letters ectra... I personally enjoyed 'Dream of 400 years' more - as there was much more to the story and the development and end were much better.

Both leads end up with kids that change them for the better. In the movie it's about a teacher who is inspired to be a real teacher b/c of his students and in GI it's a gangster that gets a kindergarten handed down to him by his grandma - and he has to go from wanting to sell the place to saving it. - one is a movie and the other is a drama :)

The dramas really feel similar early on - what with unintentional accidents and angst all happening woven into a love story.

They both have Ahn Jae Wook as the lead for one, but they are both about marriages - and how to love each other through anything - they are both funny and sweet ^^ Both worth the watch. Saranghae gets a 10 for me and Match Made In Heaven gets a 9 - both very enjoyable. ^_^

They have similarities, melodrama with the same kind of sadness and a love story. AIMH however has a childhood connection that GML doesn't. AIMH is sad but not quite a realistic as GML - but they still give you the same feelings.

Their themes are very similar, met as children, find each other when older, fall in love. Careers different and yet always crossing paths, guns everywhere. Risking their lives everyday...ectra...Would sacrifice anything and everything just for the happiness or life of the other.
