That’s how ppl defend someone wrongdoings by making excuses.
not making excuses. simply recognizing that there's more to her than simply being evil. she/he is trying to understand her while being fully aware that her actions are totally wrong.
this analysis makes a lot of sense : https://x.com/croquembooze/status/1994792236093964323?s=20
while this post makes a lotta good points, i think it also has to do wuth Ah-Jins pride. in the past, Ah-Jin has manipulated men so easily, she undoubtedly thought that Dohyuk would just become another name on her list of man servants. after all, he went out of his way to take care of her immediate problems. she probably felt he was entrapped by her beauty or something. she became full of herself and let her guard down. if Ah-Jin were simply playing along with him, she should've started digging into his past the minute she accepted his proposal. instead, she got comfortable and careless. and when her husband started to reveal his true self, she wasn't prepared.
people say the rating of this show weren't good. lots of episodes reached 9%. is that bad? Would you marry me ratings were always lower than Typhoon Family's, but people say WYMM ratings were good. i don't understand.
ive been on many divisive comments sections, but this is by far the weirdest. it's like some people here don't know that this is fiction. the show isn't trying to encourage manipulation or violence. Ah-Jin is not painted as someone to aspire to. Why can't some people realize that none of this is real. KYJ isn't really a psychopath. hope this helps.
Pretentious and edgy in the worst way. It’s the kind of show that appeals to immature audiences and to women…
i dont understand people who reason like this. just cos i like the show doesn't mean i think any of it is okay. I know manipulation and violence are wrong. you know this is fiction, right? meaning it's not real. if it's too dark for you, just say that instead of trying to belittle the people who like it. just cos I like Goblin doesn't mean I'm okay with a 30 year old man dating a 19 year old in real life. do you get it? its FICTION. they're not encouraging anyone to act like Ah-Jin
Ah jin is smart. Why would she rush into a marriage with someone whose intentions she barely understands, and who obviously has the power to do with her as he pleases. and she wants to dig into him now? it's too late. he's obviously some kind of psycho too.
Anyway, I understand that he had done too much for her so she basically oved him. Plus he was promising her the one thing she's always wanted- the means to rise so high that she becomes untouchable.
It's kinda sad that the drama overlooked Tae Poong's relationship with flowers. During the first episodes, I expected…
Personally, I think that's far from the truth. the show always found ways to remind us of his love for flowers. whether he's taking care of the company's potted plants, or using flowers as metaphors in his conversations with other characters, which he does a lot. he always used flowers as a way to view life, with each stage of their growth representing a stage life. It's natural for people's goals and dreams to change when they go through mrw experiences, and i think the ending of that particular arc was a fitting one. But i get that you simply wanted to see more of it
Were they able to solve the problem or it is just a case of antagonist winning protagonist every single time.…
Nahhh, they solved their problems almost every time. But the antagonists did have some major wins against then, but they made the best of bad situations. also, the leads are very smart and resourceful. they think outside the box, but when they can't do something themselves, they look to someone with more experience
yes, we knew they were gonna encounter a new problem each episode. but we never knew what shape or form the obstacle would take, or how they would solve it. each problem was fresh and unique and handled it much differently than the last. that's why it never felt repetitive or predictable to me.
clown who rates all good dramas 1. Should be banned. Go watch american series. Stop watching Korean dramas if…
Wow, youre not kidding. This person seems to hate kdrama in general 😂. I understand hate watching a show. I do it sometimes, but rating everything a 1 or 2 is just crazy.
Anyway, I understand that he had done too much for her so she basically oved him. Plus he was promising her the one thing she's always wanted- the means to rise so high that she becomes untouchable.
