This one is a true masterpiece. The sheer love the main character harbors for his country is just beautiful! The patriotism and the amazing martial art will keep you attached to your computer screen. I watched this movie more than once with the next one and will continue to do so. The story never gets old. I LOVED IT. I can't even put it into words. Let me just say that if you missed this one, then you have missed out on one of the BEST Asian movies ever.

I watched this drama a few years back and I still remember the feeling it left me with. Nostalgia. The storyline was heart wrenching and at the same time absolutely beautiful. The acting was realistic and the emotions were in a blunder. At some point I was torn between just giving up or keep going till the end. But I'm glad I watched it till the end. This is one drama I would have regretted skipping.

Honestly, this is one of those movies you watch but it doesn't really leave a lasting effect on you. The storyline is beautiful, yet it is predictable and overused in many movies. It still tries to provide a fresh aspect. The movie isn't impressive really, but I found it entertaining. Near the end some events will seem to come out of the blue, like an afterthought the screen writers added for extra emotional turmoil. It still shows that love can overcome. Really touching.

You will get lost with the characters in this movie. They live in their own world: fiction, they perform experiments and do things that only makes sense to them. I liked this aspect of the movie. Bi Rain and Lim Su were great!

Park Il Soon's story is my favorite. I liked how he feared he would "vanish into a dot."

The movie just left me with a warm feeling. I cried with the actors and laughed at their awkward situations. I loved the characters and the way they pulled themselves up even as they struggled. Some might find the plot unimpressive but I would say that it is definitely worth watching. The humor wasn't lost and it had the right dose of drama. Every tearful scene was followed by something that would just tickle the viewer. We all need a good laugh after all and it is safe to say this movie is suitable for the viewers.

Pretty original storyline but it wasn't carried out very well. I only liked the last scenes. Where everything was uncovered. The usual Asian horror things. It was predictable (If you're an Asian horror fan.) I certainly wouldn't watch this again. I feel so sorry for the kid *sigh* but its an OK movie.

When I first watched this movie a few years back I remember that I found the storyline very intriguing.(Be it that I was new to K-movies at that time.) It just struck me with its...uniqueness. Aside from violent scenes that can render you uncomfortable. It is one of the Korean movies that will stick with me for a really long time.

This movie sheds light on the events that took place in the cold war. Things we would refuse to admit. The moment when children are left behind and people only care about themselves. This one will make you cry for hours on end. It is the beautiful story of dedication of a brother to his young sister, even after everyone turned their back on them in their time of need.

The only reason I watched Battle Royale was because I read the book The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins and after a bit of research I found it was very similar to the Battle Royale novel. The movie was very rushed into plain gore. It is the typical count down movie where characters go down one after the other, but in this one they go down in groups. It is an old one though so I will give credit to the bluntness and the originality of the storyline. It does bring controversy. I do wish for a remake though.

Ok (had to rewrite the review several times because of some error it was displaying the letter "D" only o_o)

Kurosagi was the first drama I didn't have to force myself to watch till the last episode. Most dramas start great but get dull in the middle but picks up near the end. In Kurosagi the action just kept coming. I was on the edge of my seat and so involved with the events. The romance was beautiful and the storyline was very interesting. Not to mention that I memorized the intro song when I was a kid. It's very catchy. Nevertheless, the acting was pretty good and entertaining. Definitely essential for the favorite list. Wouldn't be complete without it!

This movie is so overrated!

I can't begin to describe the disappointment I felt near the end. Every site I checked for this movie had great reviews and people saying that it is one of 'the best Korean movies ever made' but I strongly disagree. I've watched better Korean movies and I'm not saying this movie is bad.

It's average.

I'm glad I decided to watch this movie! At first I almost changed my mind because of it's vague title but after a few moments in I couldn't just stop. The pure love the main character had for the neighbor's kid was very touching and the extent he went to for her safety. This movie peeks into the underground black market of organ harvesting of children and the greed of heartless mobs. This was really a masterpiece.

I sat through this movie a few years back. All I know is that it did not leave much of an impact on me. I don't remember anything except the ending. And even that comes back to me in a blur. The story line was cliche, very predictable and the acting was good. If you are in the mood for some tears then this is the movie for you.
