There are only 6 episodes left in this drama. After this, I feel like I’m going to fall back into a slump again because I’m not really that interested in the other upcoming dramas. It’s 50/50 whether they’ll be good or not, and I’ve dropped so many this year too, just like when the pandemic started. So they’re not on my drama watchlist anymore.

The very first one I dropped this year was the dialies "Our Happy Days"— I got bored with the story right away and there was no chemistry or spark between the leads. I also stopped watching weekend family dramas for now after "Recipe for Love" because "Love on the Menu" isn’t really my cup of tea.

The only Kdramas for 2026 I’ve watched so far that were really good and totally worth it are:
the weekend heartwarming family drama "Recipe for Love", the short series like "The Legend of Kitchen Soldier", and so far "Spooky in Love"

Honestly, it’s really hard to watch new dramas now, especially with so many dramas out that, you can't tell if their story's good or not. Although "Spooky in Love" has a lot of tropes, what matters is that the ending is satisfying.

It makes me sad because fewer and fewer Kdramas are ones that I like, unlike before when I was always excited whenever a new drama was coming. Now there are only a few good ones that I watch. I miss the golden era of Kdramas.

For "Spooky in Love" what's going to happen is still kind of unpredictable but I’m still enjoying it right now. And I really love the chemistry between Park Eun Bin and Yang Se Jong. But most importantly, I just hope the ending is something that we viewers will be happy with..

I was able to finish watching this drama. Although the pacing is slow, but it still funny, heartwarming, and the cast included here are also really great. Plus the food they cook looks so delicious. This really deserves the "Best Drama Award" 🏆🍜✨

I’m the same as you. I also often end up dropping family dramas because I also easily get bored and irritated by their uninteresting stories, and the one that replaced this drama isn’t my cup of tea either because even just from the teaser it’s already frustrating.

The last family drama I seriously watched was "Once Again" It’s been so long since I watched a family drama. After "Once Again" I only went back to watching because of "Recipe for Love"

Out of all the family dramas I’ve watched, "Recipe for Love" is the most heartwarming, with a great and credible cast, most fun, and has the most good humor. The story isn’t heavy. There are a lot of good lessons and it really shows the real love for family and yeah, with the best OST 🎶🥰 We all know that no family is perfect, but family love is still very present in this story. This is absolutely "I'll Prescribe You Love" 💊❤️

This family drama deserves to be watched by more viewers because this is what people need to watch nowadays, especially there are families that are broken apart.

For me, there are only three KBS family dramas that I enjoyed the most: Recipe for Love, Once Again and My Father Is Strange. I feel like nothing can match the happiness that these three dramas gave me. They’re among those with the best stories on KBS. They all highly recommended..

I really enjoyed episodes 5 and 6. Aside from my favorite couple, Jin Se Yeon and Park Ki Woong in "Recipe for Love" I have a new favorite couple for 2026 and that’s Park Eun Bin and Yang Se Jong. The chemistry between these two is also really good and they’re so cute to look at 😍😍

But I’m getting nervous about the preview for episode 7 — the 2nd ML and Cheon Ha Ri are going to do something bad again. I hope they don’t succeed in their plan to ruin Cheon Yeo Ri and Ma Gang Uk engagement.

Still, I’m happy because at least my weekends aren’t so empty anymore because of this drama. For now, this is the only new drama that started in July I’m watching and I’ve paused watching the weekend family drama because the new currently airing family drama isn’t my cup of tea.

Even though "Spooky in Love" has a lot of tropes, I’m still enjoying this drama..
