Koreans unlike international audience like Melodrama (which these longer type dramas tend to be). I agree with koreans taste, ifans have such trashy silly romcom taste. Maybe I was korean in a past life ha ha
Finished ep 2, and I don't know, I DON'T FIND THE LEADS SHIPPABLE TOGETHER.

They were cute togther when young, but it doesn't mean they work together as adults. Per ep2 end & ep3 preview, All I see is them bringing out worst in each other now.
Will watch this as a Valentinesday binge JUST because they drop all eps on Valentines day! 😍😂 To be honest I had other dramas as priority but they'll take a while to release the eps....
Oh I didn't even realize this was going to be set in mid 20th century 😅. I thought it would be modern drama in 2020s, must've missed the info before somehow 😅
This actually makes makes me excited for the drama, I love 20th century historicals 😍 This combined with the fact that still will apapently be set during different time periods 50s and onwards to 80s? Much more exciting than just most dramas set ina. few motnh/few yera peiod max!

Unlike MDListers who are allergic to melodrama genre, south koreans tend to actually like the great Melodrama genre, they are wiser that way with more developed taste than just silly romcoms :)

Ps. The Agency CEO is a vet actor (So Ji Sub), and would understand very well about actor/idol's privacy need. They're just trying to keep it lowkey.

My takeaway from this is when Nam Ya Jeon met her hater for the first time, she already uncousnciously liked him ha ha 😂😍 (well he is handsome can't blame her) , that's why she projected him as leading man in her dream.
Meanwhile No Gain, No Love will be rewaching material for the supercute 2nd Lead Pairing, but this meh spinoff short, I find to desire to rewatch.
