I think it depends upon if the sub team receives the drama in advance or not. 4-5 hours (such as this one) is VERY short. I've been watching "The Real Has Come" and it's frequently 16-18 hours later (after broadcast in Korea). I don't have time to watch right now, but hope to later today (tonight my time).

As of 9:00 am PDT (1:00 am KST) it's up on Viki - VERY early compared to many other dramas.

I will always hate Grandma Evil - she terrorized her family for 60+ years. Used and abused others. If I had my way, her funeral would be incorporated into Episode 49.

The hair might make some difference, but in the past two years, Yoo In Soo has played four very different characters and it wouldn't matter if he was wearing the same hair style or not - he brings a different voice and style to each one: Gwinam, Park Dang-gu, Bam-sik and now Jeok Bong. But I'm biased - he's my favorite kdrama actor because he is so versatile.

LOL, I eagerly watched the first few episodes of King the Land and eventually, I will finish it. - But once the romance was established (I paused at Ep. 8, I think) , my investment of time moved elsewhere. (Plus, major family emergency interfered) For now I have time ONLY for my favoritist kdrama actor Yoo In Soo and my gosh, did he deliver today as new counter Na Jeon Bong or Did He Deliver???!! 🥰

Episode 1 was #1 on Netflix Korea - that's pretty major since it was competing with King the Land as well.😊

I'm here for Seo Ji Hoon as well and preparing for disapointment as the SML loses once again.

Fortunately, I like Min hyun.

Ga Mo Tak trying to be so cool when Na Jeok Bong woke up in the hospital was funny and well-done. Even though produced by the same company and network, they intentionally avoided any Uncle Park/Dang-gu references or vibe. Sometimes k-dramas do too much wink-and-nod references to prior dramas or characters.

Meanwhile, some of the humor (especially in Ep. 1) seemed a bit cheesy and fell flat for me. Perhaps Ep. 1 was important to re-introduce the main characters? Episode 2 was much better, IMO.

So if JH or SJ ever feel bad about what they have done, it will be okay with you. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 That wasn't a serious question - it's all good - these ARE fictional characters after all. I'm way behind at this point, but enjoying the comments. 🥰🥰🥰

Well, DAMN - the whole reason I have been waiting for Season 2 was to watch Yoo In Soo - it's been on my Watchlist since he was announced last October and I even watched the original just to understand the series.

And I just discovered that In Soo doesn't appear until Sunday's episode!!! I guess I will sleep in tomorrow and watch later in the day. 😢😢😢

Do you have the original Uncanny Counter on your Watchlist??? If so, you will get a notification that a new episode will be released tomorrow (Saturday, 7/29). It is simply a "new episode", not a separate or 'new" drama.

Release is usually after the drama airs in Korea - I'm guessing 11:00 pm KST (Korea Standard Time) which is 7:00 am PDT (my time). Use a time zone converter.

Since I don't like where JH's story is headed, I was honestly unhappy with the toys. But CJY seems like a remarkable actress. Her next role is The Main character as Queen Won Kyung, an apparently real person (and manipulative like Se Jin), in the drama "Won Kyung". I guess she's type-cast for now.

I want to watch for Kang Hoon, but looks like it will be streaming on TVing and IQwhatever. 😢

Of note: both In Soo and Yi Joon were throwing around ad libs so first scenes are bound to be funny. Cannot wait for my favoritist In-soo to be a counter.

Our loved one is improving but prognosis iffy. While sitting long hours in hospital, visiting MDL and reading comments is easier than trying to watch anything on Netflix or Viki, whether phone app or TV, so I am way behind now. As for TRHC, probably just as well, because altho not unwatchable, it's not "must see" any more. I still hate Granny Evil and she cannot ever be redeemed for her 60+ years of terror and abuse.

However, my ho-hum attitude will change this Saturday when my favoritist kdrama actor (Yoo In Soo) makes his first appearance on Uncanny Counter 2. Thankfully it will be on Netflix very early am for me before visiting hours at hospital. 😊
